Sorry for the late reply. I didn't actually use any chords in this one. I went by ear and tried to replicate a music box as much as possible using single notes and placing some notes off grid. The sample is made in C Minor so anything within the scale should work fine. Root notes are as followed: G, F, D#, G, D, D#.
