Hi Chris, loved your take on this Zep classic (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MKAmDBiCq5E) -- one of us should'a put some vocals to this. I see you have more tracks up on your page; I'll drop by again and say 'hi.'
take care, JB
i love the loop it reminds me of something the brian jonestown massacre might do. they happen to my favorite band. i'm going to be using it in my next tune called levels of obsevation it's about someone who is diagnoesed with a mental health problem and ends up dosed up on drugs when actually just talking about his past would have been more helpful. that sounds pretty dull / boring but actually it's going to sound f-ing awesome.
i'll let you know when it's done. cotty
hi cotty, glad you liked the loop. Actually the song you described doesn’t sound that strange to me. One my personal favorite songs is by Alice Cooper called ‘Jack-knife Johnny’ from his album ‘Quiet Room.’ The song is about a Korean war vet who ends up in a psych ward. Thanks for taking the time write to me. People on Looperman have downloaded 4641 of my loops and you are the first and only person to has taken the time to invite me to listen to how one of the loops is used. I appreciate that very much and look forward to hearing your track. Good luck, emann
Hi Andy, you've gotta really good ear, and now everyone knows hoe old WE are! I've been playing this for so long, I guess I forgot to give credit, where credit is due. Long live Ozzy & Sabath.
Cheers, Emann
Hi John, the 'eagle's' sound is simply by sterio micing an acoustic guitar = try positioning the mic 6 inches in front of where the neck meets the body (not directly in front of the hole) and then tilting the mic toward the hole. The other mic about 12 inches on other side of the 'hole' again tilted toward the hole, but notb directly in front.
thanks, emann
Hi John, thanks for the review. excuse me for taking so long to get back to you - i had some problems with emails. by the way, i was checking out some of your stuff a few weeks ago...keep on rockin, man!... i like a number of your ideas.
