I forgot what 808 but if you get your standard old 808 and do some compressing and distorting, you should get something that sounds similar. I could make a tutorial showing you how to do that if you are unsure? I use MAXIMUS, Fruity Parametric EQ 2 along with going into the menu of the sound itself and turning the delay, attack, decay, sustain and release off and leaving the hold fully on. (you should do this to all 808s)

It's the ring tone from old Nextel phones, on the kit I use it is called "Nextel Chirp" I can send you the sound right now if you like?
