Sad "Cute rappers" like lilbootycall and lilwaterbed immediately come to mind. I can also picture somebody like Yung Bans sounding nice on this beat.

Also do you have a version of this synth that only has the "upper" synth pattern (the shorter one? I can't really describe it)
