Haha... No, not at all. In this case, "black" refers not to Black people... but rather to a nefarious or satanic cult. Like in the British rock group Black Sabbath.
I will agree with you that it is unfortunate that the word "black" so often seems to describe unpleasant or nefarious things-- "She's in a black mood today", and so forth. But it is a metaphor so deeply ingrained within the English language. What are we to do.
