You have to work out the timings, but these are the notes:
Guitar:
B3 4/4
A3 4/4
F#3 4/4
E3 4/4

Piano:
F#4-A4 0 and 3
E4-A4 0 and 3
C#4-A4 0 and 3
B3 0

I just layered the vocals the way I heard them in my head. The dry version in the beginning is how it sounds originally, I just layered it. I've uploaded the vocals to my profile if you wanna check it out.
