But even in that scenario, the right thing to do would be to give back to the site once that person gets the ball rolling with their production. There has to be a balance. It shouldn't be one sided.
There are tons of users who have been members here for plenty of time and have downloaded tons of loops but have never uploaded anything. That's take take take but no give. I'm not necessarily saying I have the fullproof remedy but I am identifying the imbalance. This is a community. And if one appreciates this community, then one should give back to it and contribute. But I hear you and I appreciate you commenting on the subject. Just don't go the insult route with me. I'm far from dumb....

I never said anything about not wanting people to download my loops. I would never upload them if I didn't want ANYBODY to download them. What I'm saying is there should be more contribution.
I search through these loops and I see a dominant amount of loops that are uploaded by a small amount of people. It shouldn't be like that. Everyone should contribute. It's the right thing to do...
Now those that are "poor" (Which seems a little hard to fathom since they have a computer to download with), I'm not necessarily speaking about them. But those that come to the site, grab loops & go make beats with them, should definitely give back to the community that they constantly take from....
If I'm wrong for feeling like that, oh well. And anybody that does get offended has plenty of other options from other guys on here to download from. If they don't want to hear whats the right thing to do, then that's on them....
