After forwarding your info to YouTube the claim was removed. Thx!
But: this company GioMBG ghas used your track and is caliming the right with others using your track. It still seems unjust to me... (for the right of adverts on clips I guess; I have no viewers, so my clip is not a big deal...).
Hello CamTheClear!
A company "GioMBG Distribution" claims the right on the acapella track you're sharing here.
My clip is at: https://youtu.be/WKJLAo87SQw
The company's clip (which sounds very good by the way) is at: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GamVWBF0hdA
The question now is: did you have the rights for sharing this file? Did you record your own voice? DOriginate the lyrics from you?
I rejected the claim, the issue is in process. Can you give info on this? Thx!
The vocals and lyrics are all mine recorded myself, anyone claiming rights on them is false. I put up the acapellas for noncommercial use unless I am contacted, as it says on this sight that all vocalists are the rightful owners of their work. Thanks for bringing this to my attention! (I am in no way connected to this “company” by the way)
I have used your acapella track at: https://youtu.be/LAVxD-Eet9s
I lowered the pitch in order to get the "feel" that I needed for this "song". So, I did not intend to use it in a disrespectful way...
I hope you understand...
I thank you very much for sharing your track!
Greetings, Cal Zorad.
The thing made yesterday eve was not to my satisfaction...
I re-did the thing (with your acapella track in original pitch).
I hope this one is better. Like to hear what you think...
Many thanks for sharing again and greetings from Holland.
Calzorad.
I have used your acapella track at: https://youtu.be/TKY0sEntWPo
I had to lower the pitch somewhat (to 80%).
Many thanks for sharing!!! Greetings, Cal.
