on Echoes by McYrkke
I bet you're glad you had a rest, re-appraised and returned. This is a masterpiece. The beats and density of the music are offset beautifully by the ghostly soft vocal. Well done and Kudos to you for not giving up and producing something golden. Kay0s

A great vocal and the way you bridge the sounds is so flowing. I am not heavily into trap but I liked this. Kay0s

on Slow Down - Emerald Tears by Kirkoid
Very cleverly composed. It is obvious you care about what you do and the results. Do you remember the songs Popcorn and Magic Fly? When I heard those songs as a kid they were immediately captivating to me and so is this. Kudos to you for pulling all of these elements together so well. Kay0s

I don't remember those songs, but thank you, attention to detail is everything to me.

on Dark Sun by Neomorpheus
This took me on a journey through the forest, with all its shade and glints of light through the trees. An incredibly well-balanced track. Love the Hendrix guitar bit and I wished the track had been longer! Kay0s

Thanks for the listen and comment VN! Pretty cool description there I like the visual. As far as the length goes I'm not big on long audio tracks. I would rather have someone say like you that they would have liked more than complain that its too long or repetitive.

on In The Dreams Of The Damned by ValveDriver
I would say predominantly cinematic with a huge splash of trap and weird. Interesting and intriguing track that unfolds around your ears and surrounds you with a sense of something is coming but you don't know what it is. Mysterious. Kay0s
ValveDriver
ValveDriver replied 24th Oct 2024 - 1 year ago
I can guarantee you that any Trap that might be in there is purely coincidental. That's a genre I don't listen to, so I really am not familiar with it. But I can agree with cinematic and weird. People have always told me that my non-metal work is very "soundtracky".
Either way, thank you for listening and commenting. It's much appreciated.
Take care.

on Per Tempus by Swanm2002
A truly ambient musical landscape - My favourite part is when the guitars come in, after the breathy vocal. reminds me of somebody trying to find themself, perhaps by having flashbacks from the past en route. Enjoyed the journey. Kay0s

Thank You Dear.
The composition is dedicated to a great man that refused to go to the war in Ukraine and jumped off the 13th floor of the block of flats in Moscow... May God forgive his soul..

on Today Feat 2Sisters by jmfa63
Beautiful. I particularly like the music from 1.00 min onwards, for bringing the emotions out of a stunning acapella and an exquisite minueto fade down at the end of the track - truly lovely, both vocally and muscially. Kay0s

Reminds me a bit of 'La Isla Bonita' by Madonna. Beautiful acoustic guitar and the fragile female vocal nestles beautifully amongst the chords of the guitar. I really like this.

I like the line 'Cosmic Storyteller'. Your voice is distinctive. You can always tell it's you performing, which is a good thing. IMHO, (this is just me and my imagination), it would be a good idea to add something to give the track a lift and an extra layer of attention - a funky instrument cutting in but that's just me. I like the video - I wouldnt know where to start in making something like that, so kudos to you for making that move. I guess I would implement more light and shade to hilight the vocal. All the best, Kay0s

thanks for the check Kay, i never add to tracks others produce i would never change there finished work i would consider it an insult. it was Kev West track, im only adding vocals, i play keys drums and can possible get a tune out of a few more but i choose to sing on others as its good for community cohesion too, i have a diploma and A levels in filming production editing photography and wanted to be a cameraman, yeah thats right behind the scenes but i left home and moved to Somerset started dancing the holiday camps Butlins 4 years later i was a different person it was an easy make the vid
