Definitely gives off an old school a trip-hop vibe like Massive Attack or Portishead. I like the lyrics too, they hit home for me personally. I think a cleaner re-record of the vocals and some overall mastering will be well worth it. Great track. Cheers!

I'm happy you enjoy it, thanks for the tip I will try that and re-upload it. I'm still "learning" how to master/mix and appreciate the feedback a lot.

Some elements remind of Leftfield back in the day. The 303(ish) synths really take me back too. Cheers!

Not sure what Leftfield is but I can find out. You can say retro, now my influences go back to 500 AD :)
