youre lacking in some areas tho, i have to be honest. dont take it the wrong way.
vocals and mastering are key in songs especially in one like your making here
whether or not the sound is commercial quality, the song is very nice man i get what youre saying
id say work on delivery, vocal quality / mastering in general as well as maybe work on effects ( just ties in with mastering)
