Thanks, and yeah, this is all original work. In fact all my tracks thus far are original; be it in fl studio or guitar tracks. I like it better that way!

Firstly let me say, thank you for the great and balanced levels. It allows me to adjust the volume level to whatever I like. This is definitely a great track as I said before, it has allot of the elements of the late 80s and early 90s movie style score. Which I like allot. It reminded me a bit of a recent movie I watched called Creep Show. Not in the melodies or structure but in some of the sounds, like the swell and the bendy lead from the intro. Also reminded me a bit of Karate Kid for some reason as well. Really great track, nice sounds, cool melodies and just flows very nicely. Great work once again!

Thanks, I try to balance my volume as I am editing my tracks(nothing worse than a BLASTING track right from the getgo). Lol... when you referenced to the karate kid, I believe the melody at 0:48 would probably bring in that oriental flavour; as well as the synth swells that begin at 1:44...now that you mention it. Thanks for listening!

Terminator is one of my selection movies. I can remember the theme and you did a pretty nice job here. Sounds great, nice strings, and the main melody is perfect. Nice work!

the guitar's buzzing like crazy on this track. Try turning off your PC monitor when recording or repositioning yourself in your chair to reduce or eliminate the buzz (RF noise). I fight RF noise ALL the time. I sheild my guitars & reposition in my chair and turn off my PC monitor & sometimes my power amps.
I love this piece. Randy wrote it for his mom. I actually recorded it on an acoustic. I also played it at a wedding. It took me a year to play it close to "correctly." & I had 3 years of classial guitar training. LOL! Keep working on it!
guitarguy316
guitarguy316 replied Unknown
I actually recorded this with my acoustic and an external pickup. I believe that is responsible for all that noise(lol) Someday I will be purchasing some form of pickup that is crystal clear. As for now, unfortunately, thats all I've got work with for acoustic. I also recorded this via GNX 3 workstation, and my "stereo" receiver. As I upgrade and learn more in this crazy world of recording, software..my sound will improve!

Electric guitar and the National Anthem mix well. I've heard a few renditions. You've got a nice touch on the guitar! nice use of effects, too!

Short and sweet with very crisp sounding chords. you have a careful style which is easy on the ear. Mucho Likeo.

Thank you very much, I respect your feedback considering you obviously have a great deal of experience yourself! I must admit though, I have strayed away a little bit from my guitar lately and started dabbling into digital audio software. Fl studio to be precise. This software is amazing. Still in the process of sharpening the skill of editing and hopefully, once I do that, I will be blending my original guitar work with Fl studio as well. Peace.

man despite my love for pure electronic music, I just really like how natural instruments sound, even though I can never make music with them on my own. This sounds great. Really cool sounds and the guitar parts are well done. Really like the overall tones and melodies that you have. Keep up the great work.

Again thank you very much! Your positive feedback only makes me more ambitious to get back to my music. I struggle with myself to always stay with it because I know I feel music in my soul. To me when I can create something original, that I can call my own, there is something very "supernatural" about the whole experience. Feedback such as yours lets me know how important making music really is!

This track has a beautiful beginning. I like the effect and the guitar playing, I'm guessing. Nice Work. The effect really does this track justice. And the effect chosen is the right choice. It's really cool arrangement with awesome musicianship. Nice work :)

That was great... Heavy, straight.... the way it should be. But, as a bass player, I'd love to listen some fat-bass power in this song. That would be awessome!

Yeah thanks, I agree. Ive always wanted to expand on that. It seems to me that little number would be a good way to end something. I will definetely be adding something to this in the near future...it needs closure!

Like the major key happiness of the guitar here and the tone is very pleasant. The distorted part loses a lot of clarity though. You might want to reconsider the tone for that. Perhaps try something a little more punchy. You might even be able to EQ it a little to push it forward in the mix. The playing is strong though. I dig it. If you are interested in collabing at all, I would be interested in adding a lead of the clean part. Let me know what you think. Peace, Six

First off, thanks for the kind words about some of my tracks. You have got the sound outta your head finally. Suggestion: Have you ever tried Mixcraft3? Great for converting your music into MP3s , Wav, WMA, you name it. Plus it comes with a bunch of great loops and effects. If you want it, let me know, I can attach it to an Email. Keep em coming.
