I Absolutely agree with your Analogy that POP MUSIC IS SO FUNKING Dumbed down slightly & maybe beyond! but this is the sign of the times when you look at the MOVIE industry, all that special effect's that we are all becoming accustom to? To be honest, I still enjoy a good James Cagney film or Jack Pallance.

I am not 100% sure, but I think the vocal is from early e-jay? I have thousands of samples .. the odd file pop's up on the computer after year's of gathering dust, and WHAM! the inspiration comes.

ONCE UPON A TIME .. just kidding. I found some old skool samples on a disc .. that was given to me years and years ago. not to sure where they are from, but I think some of them are from early e-jay? I pulled them out just 6-7 weeks ago and I have not stopped dabbling with them yet, I have been trying to fuse reggae with hip hop & rap and the kitchen sink and what ever else I can find. I like to do things different and difficult, I stay away from the predictable but I am also trying not to stray to what is familiar .. oldskool with a new sense of dress!

THANKS VVS. I never slept for around 4 day's working on this track .. in total, I think I spent over 100 hours on this Reggae Tune. I have a number of Discs with oldskool samples and I have not got bored with them yet. Please check out my Seanboogie mix and give me some honest feedback, I would really appreciate that man.
