i really like this man. its one thing making a track on computer but actually singing and playing your own instrument is something else. well done. i enjoyed listening to it :) thanks for reviewing my tracks :)
Nice job man, I like the vocals on this, the way they sound set the mood of the track nicely. Not sure some of the tips offered regarding the vocals are really what this track needs, I think it would change the atmosphere of the song and take away from it.
Great stuff, Drum, bass and birds gives you a feel that you are walking alone in the forest enjoying. The effects put final nail. Keep them coming. God bless
As to the vocal recording: I say this to all people that do this, so don't be disheartened...
I think that recording identical vocal tracks and then layering them together sounds tacky on their own, especially when played throughout the whole track. I've never been a fan of it...
I would STRONGLY suggest recording:
a) a harmony (one octave up but in a different key)
b) an *almost* "spoken" version of the lyrics
c) a recording in a lower register, (depending on your range at present and octave or two lower)
and then panning these extra bits either left or right in key parts of the track to add depth. (not all the way through the track though)
Don't be afraid to use your chest voice either! this is where the power comes from (all of which can be learned from DL'ing Brett Manning's singing success from btjunkie - but I didn't tell you that ;) )
A simple - but GREAT example is "Hoobastank - the reason" very subtle, but very powerful. Study the vocals in that...
Like you, this chap doesn't use vibrato, but still sounds amazing!
Hope this puts you in the right direction for fulfilling your vocal ambitions :)

This is put together real well the only thing i picture is what some of the other reviewers already advised some more cymbol work definitly and vocals a tad louder and some more effect work on the drums and bingo this is a classic dnb track!
A mix of the older side of Dnb it works! The levels are a little high on some volumes of the hats and horns but i love me some dnb on occasion ") the samples worked too
Nice delays, effects are great, and the sound of birds, make it very interesting, it helps with the melody to get a hypnotic track, it's a chill out dubstep, a very nice one mate
The track is really nice especially the vocals but you could use some heavier synths.. i don't know it's just my opinion. I like it a lot anyways nice job!
all produced by me, have you heard the vocals before? i uploaded them as an acapella. yeah i dont have auto tune to use but i'd guess it'd fitt alot better coz my vocal talent is none existant!.

Good job, reminds me of a "non electro" MGMT. Your voice.
With the right stuff, you could be big
