Nice minette. Another great track. I wasn't too fond of the background chant, mainly because to a point I thought it was jingle bells playing :) Just an observation. The piano and your voice is all excellent. Great work.

I like how nice your elements are here. The drums are simple but they expound a certain element of complexity that sounds excellent. Your vocals are really (to me) what makes your music amazing. Its excellent and just sounds very soulful. Great one.

Minette,

Great song. The vocals are excellent. You reminded me of the style I really love, Celtic. Specifically, I felt like I was listening to one of my Celtic Circle CDs. Really nice music and excellent balance of instrument, this is really musical. Great work! Also, very well balanced, nothing overpowering. Nice.

Thanks Siensystem - it's nice to have a comment on the balance in the track. I try and keep things mellow and not overpower. I am very much into the whole Celtic music vibe. Have you ever heard of Anuna (they are an Irish vocal group who sings mostly in Latin and Gaelic) They are awesome - and a big influence for me.

Wowy wow wow!! That song is wonderful! One of my favorites for sure. No one is perfect, but your voice sure is. You sound a little like Sousie Sioux if I may say so (And that is a compliment). Very beautiful song. ShojoBeast

Brilliant. The layering of vocals gives this an ambiance that's really compelling. I really love the simplicity of the percussion in this as it adds an intensity that really sets of the vocals. The octave split at the end of this actually made the hair on the back of my neck stand up - a very rare thing.

Another added to my faves.

I'm constantly impressed by your tracks, and this one is no exception.

You've got an amazing understanding of sonic movement: your transitions are spot one, and the emotion coming out of the piano is absolutely amazing. Your voice is a perfect addition to this mix.

Cheers from a huge fan!

This is really well put together, very dark, but very good. I agree with Kper where the vocals are dropped, nice job.

Hey Minette,

What a brilliant track, has nice raw sound about it, which is so catching with the beat wanting you to tap your toes to it,So love the vocal, so sweet and so suited to this track, very well done....Adding to Fav's too....

Very contemplative. I love the use of background vocals and echoes that add interesting layers to the already interesting main vocals. I like how you drop the octave of the vocals toward the end- it is a really nice effect. Very beautiful and skillfully done. Thanks for sharing. Kper

Hey Kper, Thanks for the great review. I really loved that you "picked up" on the octave split at the end :) Had a listen to your work aswell... very cool stuff, with a metal flavour. Great stuff you do!

Really lovely vocals that don't detract from the other instrumentation at all. Very reminescent of Siouxsie Sioux, especially of her work in Creatures. Really like this. Faved.

Beautiful track, just what i wanted to hear at this moment. Possibly even bring those vocals forward a little i would have liked to hear them more. Even without that, though, just stunning the way it is

Again, enjoyable. I think Im starting to fall in love with the tone of your voice. I did look up Aleister Crowley. Interesting stuff. If youve never heard of Eckhart Tolle, check him out. He has some pretty inspiring things to say.

This one hit the right spot just at the right time. Been feeling down lately, and this one made me smile. I love your voice. Right now Im knee deep into hip hop, but thats not usually what I strive to do. The people I surround myself with influence the direction of my music alot. I would love to do something with you if you would feel up for it.

I dont know if this fits in more with ambient, there are so many genres they all blur together. Anyway nice clean mix and i love the voice.

Very peaceful and tranquil track.Beautiful vocals.Great idea with the native sounds in the background.I think it could be re-mastered in a studio and bring out all the finer points.would be great in a movie soundtrack.Great work }:)-
