Melody sounds great dude! Maybe you should use a Kick that has higher frequencies to make your drums sound harder or take away the 808 sometimes so that you can let the Beat drop hard again :)
anyway - nice track
Ummm.. don't know about this one, but work on it! Never stop the grind! The best advice I can offer is for you to chop up the melody in a different way or scrap it and find a new one.
Feedback: sound design is huge!
I like where this is going, but I would recommend choosing better sounds/learning how to make your own.
A great place to make bell melodies in Logic is in sculpture, and you can get some epic free sounds from Spitfire Audio's "LABS" online. Also, I am pretty sure parts of the melody are out of key, and imo it sounds odd.
Mixing is also huge.
The Good, good spatial and, good frequency separation., you lay it out what it is.
In The mix, I would lower the percussion (snare) gain a slight bit and easy on the compression, as it snaps so hard it can cause ear fatigue.
On the main juice of the beat, the melody, and the pads try adding a doubling texture, like Valhalla uber mod (Cheap at $50) that can give some depth and warmth to the mix and will take this beat to another level. Otherwise, nice work.
