what does the sample say at the begining?

This is a cool song, nice and slow and the bassline is really smooth and works well. its produced well too. Im not sure about the Arp'd synth that comes in around 1:21. For me it doesnt suit the mood of the song well. But it gets better I think towards the end when you offstep it somewhat.
