@Trevod01, i've looked into it and compared the structure of both beats, theyre arent the same, just use the same sample, which bring me to my second point, this is a sample from Cufool's pocket love, not sure if you're claiming this as original or if your just posting the loop, but i wanted to point it out.

I know this might be a long shot given the track was made 6 years ago, but you wouldn't by chance have a version without the melody over the top so I can combine the two do you?
