there is a kind of dissonance though, as the chords don't really match the notes i sing (especially on the second chords) but it's overall cleen and well mixed;;

be sure to tune your 808 by playing the pattern at a couple of octaves higher to make sure they are playing the right notes (usually the fundamental notes to the chords)
also the high hats stand out quite a bit, check out pro or popular beats, the hats are never that loud, they are usually at quite a low volume actually, as their high freq makes them stand out enough;;
that's my feedback on your beat, keep working and grinding !
