I tend to recommend keeping the vocal tempo near the original. The vocals are rather unnatural this way and I'm guessing the listener might get irritated waiting for the words to come out.
Also mixing could use some more work, the background is drowning under the vocals.
I like the beat and the details of the background, for what I can hear.

Indeed the beat goes nicely with the vocals. Could use a bit more variety though, a bridge of some kind maybe and some transitions. In the chorus the timing drops off a bit.

Vocal work I did for a dubstep-collaboration, which was left unfinished, so the vocals are up for grabs. Knowing your preferences, I realize it might not fit your needs, but it might benefit someone. That's why it's here :)

The vocals could use some mixing into the background, they sound a bit disconnected. And the switch between the two acapellas is a bit abrupt.
The background on its own has some cool ideas.
