Hi Kay Honor! I just tested it, and 104 BPM seems accurate to me. Maybe your DAW is importing the MP3 and stretching it?
Only other thing I can think of is maybe the vocals don't start "exactly" on the beat. Maybe try nudging them to the left or right by a few milliseconds? Open to ideas if you have any. :)
