Description : Wow that is the longest title ever... Anyways, hey guys this is a remix of my friend's cover of David Guetta's track 'Titanium.' She is a very talented singer (Jennifer Clark) and was also handy enough to find the same pitch correction, eq, compression, and reverb that was used in the track. We were then able to undercut her vocals and use Sia's original as a base to get a better foundation to try to make it as spot on as possible. I think we did a pretty good job! This is also a raw mix, so there is very limited mixing, mastering and note changes (some of the melodies are not as perfect as I would like them to be.) So basically the song isn't perfect yet but that is to show less experienced producers that first drafts of songs can sound like that.
On another note, I also feel like I'm starting to find my own sound as I keep working on this blend of house and chill, so I hope you enjoy the new genre as well!

This is a song that I finished in one 10 hour session, and I think that it could really use some really good vocals. I left the intermediate parts really minimalistic to allow for any vocalist to work with lots of breathing room. If you want to collab and add vocals send me an email at and I can send you the mp3 of the song. I also down sampled the audio to be able to fit on the website, so hopefully that doesn't noticeably reduce the quality.

It is mixed horribly because I was still using my desktop speakers to mix it haha (didn't have headphones or studio monitors). I was also sick when I recorded this haha. Made this song in about 5 hours. Seriously considering redoing because I like it so much, despite it's flaws.
Description : One of my most recent works, using a loop I uploaded when I first came onto the Loop scene. Was aiming for a not-entirely-organic feel for this song, hence the sound of the acoustic, for instance. Still have to add vocals and then remix the music. Description : This is my newest creation, at a stage very near to completion. No third-party mastering or mixing, as with all my tracks. Just have to fix a few tiny things. I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO MIX EVERYTHING IN THE SAME SESSION. This song has all human-played instruments - no quantization or MIDI! My brother does all the vocals except for the interlude part, which I do. My other brother plays the rhythm guitar (a Gibson Les Paul Custom - only one of 12 in the world!!) and I play the accompanying guitar (a Johnny Mar Jag and PRS). He has a lot of guitars :P A good friend of ours, Ronnie, plays the bass and another friend, Freddie, plays the drums. The drum track was done in one take (had to use an electric drum set due to time constraints - but acoustic kits are so much better). Overall, pretty satisfied with the result. Let me know your thoughts.

Description : I used some new "Anthem" pickups from L.R. Baggs on my Martin acoustic to see how it performed, and it definitely beat my expectations. Captured the sound perfectly as I needed.
Anyhoo, this song is almost a prayer, hence the repetitiveness of the verses. As Christians, we believe that God will one day return and take away every suffering and all evil for good; in that regard, this song is almost one of waiting too. Very simple, with vocal harmonies and whatnot. Hope you enjoy this as much as I did making it. Made in 13 hours.

Lo and behold, I'm about halfway through the song when my buddy Mark, a friend from college, heard me singing and decided to join me (he seems to never part with his guitar lol).
The expression on his face was that of confusion as to why I had my mic with me and a audio-capturing device, which I plugged into an outdoor electrical plug that the gazebo owners installed lol (I've done recordings like this before but didn't like the results; we messed up a little at the end but I was like meh it's not bad anyways.) but I'm glad he didn't say it out loud or it would have ruined the recording lol. Luckily, I was playing a song he and I wrote together some time ago, so he was able to just jump right in. He's a great guitar player.
Even though it was a little awkward at the end since we hadn't seen each other for like 4 months (you might be able to tell by the way I responded to his "thats so cool" comment haha), I think it turned out just fine. It was a lovely evening and the clouds were all poofy and happy. Lots of people were there too, though I made sure to sit far away from all of them. Ahh, it was a beautiful day. I'm glad I live by the ocean :P * Just kidding, I recorded this in my studio; though I do live close to the water, this was not recorded there :P I did everything, down to the wind blowing into the mic, except for the sound of water and the kids in the background. The guitars and vocals were one-takes to give a more realistic feel. No pitch-correction or autotune. Just wanted to try making another soundscape (or whatever you want to call this :P) about what it's like to live by the ocean.
Description : This is one of my earliest productions that I did at the start of my recording career. I did not have a keyboard at the time I made this song, so I improvised and used my sister's iPad and a 5 dollar GarageBand application instead, and plugged the headset jack into into my PT6 rig and did my best to turn each individual track (which were mono and there were about 25 tracks or so) into a stereo image. Then recorded vocals over it. My computer was so old and slow that I had to mix my music and then BOUNCE it to a new session - four times. My computer (which had 512 MB RAM and an 80 GB hard drive) couldn't handle more than 8 tracks at a time or it'd stop working because the processor couldn't handle it. Took me FOREVER to do. But I got it done. Had a lot of fun doing it too, even if it isn't my "best" work. I'm still happy with it, considering I didn't have many tools to choose from at the time.
