Inspired by the movie "The Whale". Although I'm not 600 pounds, I certainly recognised some of the unhealthy behaviour in dealing with guilt - unhealthy and unhelpful.
I often create tracks from a jam with myself but here the lyrics came first, with a basic melody, and when I sat down at the piano, this is what came out.

Description : Another 2002 remaster. Take Me There is a melodic dance track with some very catchy synth lines. Im particularly fond of the bridge that builds up and takes on a life of its own. Influenced by the works of Solar Stone, and Starecase back in the day.

Description : This is a Scandinavian flavored tune in 5/4 (we danes have children songs in this meter, so it is quite natural to us). I was writing immediatly, 25 mins later had it wrote. added a horn with echo and some penetrating 808s, some fx added a delay. This subject is dear to my heart, I actively encourage awareness of this. It's dark and extremely personal, but it's all the truth, a difficult listen for me tbf. It's more an open letter, than a song, I'm sure you'll get what I mean, the lyrics are available

Description : Gilberto Sanchez aka skillfulgil acapella, here on Looperman, was foundation for this track. Groove is perhaps something approaching reggaeton. Just a bunch of standard percussion samples out of FL Studio. I used different sequences in Transistor Bass instrument which was a lot of fun.

Description : A little song about activism at it's most basic, with a pinch of active imagination. I worked my Eat Lead Copper modular synth into this one, as well as the modified Monotribe. Played a bass part on the old '91 Epiphone Precision bass. Also just did some parts replacement on the '90 Epiphone Les Paul Studio, and decided to test it out on this song... with amp and effects via a POD v2.0. Thank you for listening!
Description : Another collab work with maestro Tumbleweed is here. It's a bit special this time in multiple ways. I guess this is the very first time when I didn't use any of my usual instrumentation when collabs are in question. As you probably know I'm talking about strings and piano. No matter how you prick up your ears you won't find them here. Instead , you will be witnessing the bold move of mine, which was simply joining Ed in his otherwise "untouchable" teritory....playing guitars, Yes you got that right..:) By untouchable I mean his most high standards he sets with playing his tour de force instruments. I'm just a humble servant here, playing mostly melody lines (plus some embelishments) which I composed for this piece. It's also the first time when music comes very close to a dancing style of music....this time in classical spanish/latino fashion, but not exclusively...there will be always mixed ingredients when a naughty lad like me is on board. In spite of phletora of acoustic guitars this might sound pretty minimalistic and I hope it's for the better. My sincere and special thanks to Ed for letting me contribute this way on yet another exciting journey.
