Description : Far out, cello-based, deep grooving, progressive, powerful and sometimes aggressive sci fi epic with lots of electronic elements and some dubstep craziness towards the end. Electric cello, slow attack guitar, resonator guitar, a little bit of bass guitar, 5 synths, lots of effects and drum loops and a few programmed drum kits. It all began with the first couple of cello riffs (one pizzicato bassline, one bowed main riff) and the hip hop beats and then grew and grew as I added more synths and drums and worked in some old, leftover guitar parts. It's very detailed and complex and the mix and sculpting of the sounds are as important as the composition. Have a good listen then come back and let me know what you thought of this twisting, turning journey into outer space. Feel free to criticise and/or tell me your favourite parts...

Description : 170 BPM drum 'n' cell epic. That's drum 'n' bass with lots of my layered, lead cello playing. It's both banging and chilled out, with intricate basslines and soaring, melodic cello parts. Instruments: electric cello, piano, three synth basses, two synth pads. Drums are loads of drum loops supported by a few programmed acoustic drum kits. It's fast and powerful stuff but there are also two deep grooving half tempo sections. No guitar so anything that sounds like it might be is, unsurprisingly, cello. This was fairly hard to make and required a lot of hard work. It's still far from perfect, especially the rather abrupt, unimaginative ending (I couldn't think of anything better). Have a good listen and then consider leaving me some fascinating feedback. Not much drum 'n' cell about so I like to think this is worth checking out...

Description : Many of you know well that Tumbleweed & Orlando collabs are pretty much well established tradition within LM society by now, and here is the newest example to reinforce that tradition. It's probably the last this year (yet never take it for granted) and I think it has (although not particularly intended) a bit of that seasonal celebrative nature, thus fitting quite well into this festive feel of December. Despite providing it's share of melancholic tones (you can bet who is responsible...haha...) it's a quite happy tune overall...and it doesn't bite, so you're all most welcome to listen and comment !... Description : This time around I made a rare exception in terms of my usual way of doing things. In most cases I avoid using samples, loops or any other kind of pre-recorded material due to my strong preference of making music from scratch! Yet, here is one of those rare occasions where I decided to combine my recently composed and recorded material with some samples from Magix sound library. And here is the result...not necessarily cinematic...but you know..:)^^ Any comments appreciated!

Crashing and smashing programmed drums and dirty layers of electric guitar (with a psychedelic, Eastern feel at times). Bass guitar plus a slide resonator guitar solo. No drum loops. Description : Bought a vocal loop pack and thought i'd put it to some use. The tune is pretty basic but it was more about trying to get her to sound good really. It's actually two tracks mixed into one (with another half a track on the end just to fill space really)
It's all just loops so i'm not looking to win any prizes with it.

I could also say they have been somehow the trigger this musical ensemble ....

Description : Was in a weird mood this weekend, so I went for some loopy electro this time. Tried to carry my aesthetics and recent style into this genre which is not my usual. It was a little tough to mix this one, but I think it turned out good. Have fun listening!

Description : I'm not expecting to win any prizes with this as it's only a couple of hours work. I took a loop pack, threw it together, added some bass, a synth and some strings. I wanted to make something less frantic than usual but it probably needs a few more parts to make it complete (especially the end where i just looped the f**k out of it)
