The audio clips were taken from today's (July 23) news coverage of the last 56 days of protests, and the unmarked federal officers "detaining" people and disappearing with them. Some of which, still to be heard from. This is my city. Right now.
This is a true-to-form Valvedriver track. Heavy, Raw, and driving. All synths were made with Serum. By me. Just for this track.

Description : I created this track starting out with a simple bassline and smooth chords. I selected the Tenor Sax to solo and the second half of the track I modulated a half step with Alto Sax. Added other elements and this is what happened.

Description : About five years ago I made a dubstep track called Labyrinth Of The Absurd. This is part 2. Check out part 1 if you haven't yet. This is a Dark D-n-B. Or whatever.
I used Serum, Massive, Sylenth1. I used no presets, and no prefabricated loops. This is all original content from scratch. The only exception being the vocal samples.
Description : This tune is what i think is my best work this far.
Heavy riff, darky vibe on the verse, gets kinda pumped up at the pre chorus, and the chorus has this "emotional - inspirational" sound on the chord progresion.
The bridge is the part that i love the most, the breakdown makes perfect contrast with the storm itself that the song generates.
I would love to hear someone hit some lyrics on this one, so im open for any collab.

Description : A track ive made for a friend that's a drummer.
This song was originally just electro and he added the drums by playing on the song with an electric drum.
Its incomplete though , its missing a guitar on some parts or something else, the climax inst strong as i wanted to be.

Description : For those of you who remember Valvedriver's earlier electronic work, then you should dig this one. It's all in my old pre-metal style. All electro, all synths, all VSTs. I used Sylenth1, Massive, and Serum for all synth leads, basslines and accents. All sounds created from scratch just for this track. (Except for the Toy Piano). I suggest headphones for this. Description : Mermaids have been told for a long time around the world. These enigmatic creatures have been seen and enchanted sailors in the waters of the most distant corners of the Earth. In Japan, a nation surrounded by the sea, stories of these half-human and half-fish have been told for centuries. Mermaids are known as Ningyo in Japanese, but unlike traditional western mermaids, they are more like a sea creature than a human being, causing horror in the waters of the "Land of the Rising Sun".
Description : 180 BPM ambient drum n cell. Melodic electric cello playing over dnb drums (all fast except for one 30 sec section). Drums are all manipulated loops. No acoustic drums so also no cymbals, just for a change. Various synths, plus some interesting sample-based sitar parts in the second half. A fun, far out track that feels like it should be deeper and better. Let me know what you think, good or bad.
Description : Far out epic featuring sine waves, programmed violin parts, played electric cello, various synths, drum loops and programmed acoustic drums. Mystical and a bit Eastern. A three min drumless intro and then some fat grooves and darker sounds. Not as good as I was hoping it would be. Interesting comments appreciated...
