Description : And now for something completely different. This is a very short cinematic piece. It started out as my attempt to make something that sounded like Enya, but I never quite got there. Actually, I never even got close. Enya apparently used many, many layered tracks particularly for her vocals.
Anyway, for this short piece visualize the following scene: This is a kind of Lord of the Rings scene. The battle is over. The king was killed, but his army was victorious. Heartbroken, unable to take joy in their victory, they sail back with his body to the Kingdom. Your perspective is that of a citizen standing on the banks of the water as the King's cortege slowly goes by.
The king lies in state, draped with a red and gold robe, on a wooden platform on a barge rowed by his victorious, but exhausted warriors. The first thing you hear is the approaching sound of the rowing, then the funeral theme comes in, then as the funeral barge passes you, the rowing sound is what you hear, slowly fading away as the barge continues on its way.
Description : Jim added a clean Fender Tele track and some thicker sounds with a custom ES-339 Pro(Epiphone) semi-hollow bodied. Both were mic’ed using my Fender DeVille. I added the bass, the acoustic guitar, the singing and a bit of keys. Jim helped out with the drums and the guitar arrangements. The song... the Drive By Truckers do a song, Guns of Umpqua that inspired this one being written, same subject matter. In America we’ve averaged a mass shooting every day this year. It needs to stop. Now. I hope none of us ever have to get caught up in any of that. Peace.

Description : Decided to attempt a full acapella cover of this awesome song using tenor soprano alt and bass voices.
Description : Allen mercifully agreed to team up again and once again stepped up to the plate in spectacular fashion. I simply love collaborating with this guy as his contributions are always epic. Allen layered several guitar parts in the background which I think blended superbly with the instrumental parts of the track. He also added a wicked chorus and verse effect which he manipulated with crescendos etc to give a nice chilled and relaxed vocal effect. Another killer element Allen added was the bassline which I believe is the heart and soul of this track. We hope you all enjoy our latest offering and please check out more of AllenV's superb work when you have the chance. Thank you for taking the time to listen and as always we would really love to hear you're feedback on this.

Description : Many of you know well that Tumbleweed & Orlando collabs are pretty much well established tradition within LM society by now, and here is the newest example to reinforce that tradition. It's probably the last this year (yet never take it for granted) and I think it has (although not particularly intended) a bit of that seasonal celebrative nature, thus fitting quite well into this festive feel of December. Despite providing it's share of melancholic tones (you can bet who is responsible...haha...) it's a quite happy tune overall...and it doesn't bite, so you're all most welcome to listen and comment !... As always my sincere thanks to Ed !
