I run a cheap "brand" website of the same name and make crummy beats. Came here to upload the bits so someone could use it.
Bass
Guitar
Banjo
Baritone Horn
Trumpet
Ableton Live 9 Intro
Korg Nanokey 2
I recently got Glory Hope Mountain by The Acorn (they're a minuscule band that deserves way more attention). I also have been listening to 508-507-2209 by Joyner Lucas and the Black Panther Soundtrack made by TDE. (and I haven't even watched the movie yet...)
Dark Side of the Moon - Pink Floyd (of course)
Brothers - The Black Keys
Exmilitary - Death Grips
Honestly most of my influences comes from YouTubers making beats like FrankJavCee, AcesToAces, and others. It's all joke content but it does actually teach you something about making music.
Now, what I *try* to do and what I *actually* do is going to differ. I'm a hobbyist in the music making world and a beginner in the electronic/hip-hop/etc world(s). So what I'm still learning to do is emulate much of today's hip-hop. However I do like to throw in real drum samples and try to work that into more trap-like sounds. I think that I'm good with drum beat making (we'll see if that's true).
Playing Grand Theft Auto and designing crummy t-shits for my website.
