Just experimenting with sound. I listen to one individual sound and build upon that. I may create a few by midi. I will post something on soundcloud/facebook when a project is completed. Nothing there right now.
I only use loops and maybe a virtual midi keyboard for a subtle background...knowing all downloads are copyrighted /free or not free, it is easy to put something good together but crazy trying to monetise without repercussion.
I am using audio evolution on android. It's the best way to go if you are absolutly new at mixing and for only a few dollars. Audacity (free) would be my next choice for the beginners of course. Every vocal is good no matter the range or tone if you can match it to a selective group of loops (sometimes hard to find). I try to avoid plugins except for reverb and delay. Too many effects tend to drowned the feeling of the song and not to mention the complexity of using a plugin.
I use one mono monitor. If you can squeeze the best possible sound out of it, imagine how it will sound on other sound source. I'm still experimenting with other accessaries.
Nothing really, salena gomez does have a cute voice, i like her storytelling lyrics. I like the sound of coldplay. My favorite instrument are the strings.
None, never bought one. Oh gawd, if everyone was like me music would'nt exist.
I have none, except what i hear on the tube.
I'm in the process of doing something but nothing specific. If i like a sound i try to find another sound to compliment it and so on but it can be daunting. The combination of sounds for me will determined the lyrics and the melody. I like the vocal to be out front and lyric with substance and no repeated chorus.
....work like a slug like everyone else.
