About Me

Three siblings who decided to take a step towards making great music.

1. 20F student taking piano lessons, interested in production and writing. Influences: Gorillaz, alt electronic, garage, soul, synthpop, alt rock and alt hip hop.

2. 18 M, rapper (freestyle), some experience in production. Influences: Lil Peep, Catfish and the Bottlemen, Raleigh Ritchie.

3. 18 M, another rapper (freestyle) also interested in acoustic guitar and singing. Influences: Disclosure, Ed Sheeran, EMD, House and Garage.

Would love to join a team if anyone is interested once we start creating!

Instruments I play

Just started taking piano lessons and plan to also learn theory, can't play my electric guitar yet though.

Fixing acoustic guitar for my brother.

Software I Use

I have Reaper on my laptop but we're building a PC and getting equipment and knowhow together now.

Planning to trial a few DAWs.

Hardware I Use

2 Pyle microphones, one 40 mic, Casio CTK 3000 MIDI Keyboard, Stylophone, Fender Squire Acoustic Guitar, Yamaha Pacifica 112 Electric Guitar and Roland Microcube Amp.

Listening To Right Now

The boys are listening to Lil Peep on repeat, I'm Gorillaz and Raleigh Ritchie until my phone gets fixed.

10 Favourite Albums

Gorillaz and Demon Days- wasn't really much of an album person since I didn't really understand them as a kid.

We mainly listened to parent's old records and CDs and mainstream 2000s UK radio.

My Influences / Fav Artists

Wide range of influences but off the top everyone likes Soul / Motown, RnB, Electro, Grime, Trance, Hip Hop (mainly alt), some Ska/ Dub, electropop/ synthpop and alternative rock.

Currently loving sampling.

My Music Sounds Like

Just playing around in some DAWs separately at the moment.

Most Hip Hop related artists I love had said they were into loads of different genres which helped them pick good samples and just happen to be labelled "hip hop".

Not exactly sure what genre we'd be aiming at since it's just starting I think a more organic process would be better.
