Yes, the drums are fast but I did not go through and use a lot of variation. Also, I understand drums on a basic level but have never gotten around to getting formal training. Therefore, anyone who has formal training with any of these instruments might be about to improve that particular aspect of these songs. Therefore, I agree! Simply, this is a cool track. Again, a good treatment of the 'pella! Full and lush yet hard sound arrangement. It's sonically dense with some great effects and breaks.
I really love the intro. This is a nice a track. I'm picking up on some type of european accent in the verses. Who's singing the verses? Sounds like foxy in the chorus. Either way... bang up job on this track!

As always, I love the guitar parts you come up with. Cute song. Made me blush as in "wow, I can't believe he just sang that!" The vocal track has got some distortion on it: The bad digital distortion stuff. It's a shame too since it was a nice vocal performance.
I like the musical ideas. You have a really nice touch for lead especially with those pinch harmonic squeals! My suggestions: make sure your tune your guitar before EVERY take. Make sure you tune your guitar before every recording. Your clean guitar drifted out of tune on this one just a bit. on production: I'd also separate pan the guitars a little to give them a bit more space. You are a fine guitarist & I hope to hear more music from you!

the guitar's buzzing like crazy on this track. Try turning off your PC monitor when recording or repositioning yourself in your chair to reduce or eliminate the buzz (RF noise). I fight RF noise ALL the time. I sheild my guitars & reposition in my chair and turn off my PC monitor & sometimes my power amps. I love this piece. Randy wrote it for his mom. I actually recorded it on an acoustic. I also played it at a wedding. It took me a year to play it close to "correctly." & I had 3 years of classial guitar training. LOL! Keep working on it!
I actually recorded this with my acoustic and an external pickup. I believe that is responsible for all that noise(lol) Someday I will be purchasing some form of pickup that is crystal clear. As for now, unfortunately, thats all I've got work with for acoustic. I also recorded this via GNX 3 workstation, and my "stereo" receiver. As I upgrade and learn more in this crazy world of recording, software..my sound will improve!
