i hear an acoustic bedtrack of what could be an awesome heavy alternative rock tune. Kinda like a Staind style, start with the acoustic then kick in with some heavily distorted guitars, epic drums etc...it will all come in time, keep at it :)
Yeah, you're right this is goth! Very cool track! I'm not sure why goth isn't in the list, but soon Looperman will be switching to tags for the genre, so you'll be able to tag it as whatever you think it is. I'm liking this one!
I like this track a lot, but like the other two reviewers, I think you're holding back too much. Your voice is great my friend, don't be afraid to use it.
I have tracks like this from way back in 1982. My wide and baby were asleeps and I was trying to be quiet. Did ten songs. Here and there you can hear the baby cry.
I like the track, my friend, reminds me of a lot of the stuff I have from Lennon's home recordings.
:) thanks! Yeah... sometimes when you get a good song in your head... there's no time for tinkering... just hit record and catch it before you forget the song. hahaha.. maybe one day it can be perfected into something worth while. You know? That's how I look at it.
Have to agree with simmerdown, sing this like you would sing it in your car. Also, Reaper would give you a much better recording platform, and it is free to use basically, unless you sell your music, then there is a fee. So, upgrade and get back in the recording studio. You have tons of potential, it will be fun to see you realize it. Best of luck.
:) I appreciate it! I download that reaper program and it says it's a 30 day trial thingie. Maybe there's a 100% free download out there. I'll look... it's a little more complicated I noticed then audacity... but if I fiddle around with it and read faq's ... I'm sure it'll be well worth it. Thanks again! I'm going to give your stuff some listens now :)

Took a look, rock is really under represented here on the loop. We ought to develop a rock support society, lol.
Great track, my friend :-)

Very Industrial-Goth sounding. I like this one quite a bit.

This would fit in perfect with the many rehearsal tracks I have of bands like the Beatles and the Doors.
Love the raw honesty of the track and recording.
