dawg im not sure what you think you heard, but if you don't even know the name of the loop that i supposedly "stole", you really dont have anything that proves this to be someone else's loop... besides your word. i have over 100 loops uploaded, and im pretty nice with these melodies, i have no reason to steal anyone else's stuff dude. If you want to see how i made it you can @ your social and i'll gladly show u, but please at least have something solid before you start trying to hurt somebody's credibility :)

It is not the same. The loop is inspired by what I have heard from metro. That is exactly the point of type loops. It might sound the same because it is in the typical metro tempo (162).
