Tremendous job on this one. Your signature, grainy, machine synth in the beginning is my absolute favorite. The chord progression is nothing shy of brilliant. I can't tell if it was the pitch drop or the drum fill in the drop that made me a little wet (oops, I didn't say that) and the piano in the drop adds the nicest little touch to bring it all home.

I might have heard one disturbing moment in the choruses (from 1:21 to 1:23 and from 2:30 to 2:33) voices seem false / off harmonics (excuse my bad english).

The disturbing moments are due to the vocals hitting an A note on top of a C# chord. I believe that section of the vocal is sung over an F chord in Lapette's original track. A is in the F major scale, but not in the F minor scale. I've used only the F minor scale in the whole track, so any A notes would create a disturbance.
Anyway, the disturbances in this track were created on purpose. I had several listens to both choruses to see if the vocals and the chord progression were a plausible match. The disturbances were satisfactory in general, but they were acceptable when I listened with my ears focused on the monophonics.
Great track! I loved it from the very beginning. This track is very mainstream sounding and every aspect of the track works together. I can tell by listening to it, that a lot of work and thought went into it and that makes me appreciate it even more. Awesome work and keep up the great work!
I feel like there's a tad bit too much reverb on Oceanically's vocal but the bassline/chord progression is so sick. Great production on this one man. I have no complaints regarding mixing or mastering besides that one issue. Great job!
I know, and there's a reason for that. Initially, Oceanically's vocal had to be time stretched in several places, which made it sound edgy between notes. The reverb is there to hide this. Then I just added reverb to the piano and gaming synth to balance out the track. Thanks for the feedback. :)

I'm not sure if it's quite possible to remix, due to Siri giving orders (eg. Siri says to speed up the track from 95 bpm to 115 bpm). But I'll still let you (and any others) remix it. I'll see if I can get the time to put Siri's vocals on SoundCloud for download (because I don't own Siri, therefore I don't think I'm allowed to put it here on Looperman).

Ha ha kudos to you mate, I wouldn't have listened to 'Trap' normally but this is class, you have used the vox with perfection! Excellent work my friend, I can see this really taking off!
Thanks smallpaul. Trap isn't even my main genre (that's why it's called 'The Experiment'). The vocals were a bit tricky to begin with, but there's nothing like a bit of reverse reverb and some echo to top it off. :)
