Nice work. I don't think this is drum n bass though. This sounds more like dancehall. I think you should record the vocals on a better mic, as the vocals quality isn't the best at the moment. The beat you created on the other hand is really nice. I think if you boost the quality of the vocals, this track will be really nice!
Hey, John. Version 4 has some definite improvements I think. I auditioned both your new version and the original version 1 and can hear the changes you've made. I think SeriouslyJoking has a good point about the missing bass line and perhaps some pads to fill in, although I wouldn't make them too prominent in the mix. I think it has a definite latin feel to it. If I were working on the track, I'd experiment with adding some latin percussion, although I have a suspicion that I'd eventually decide not to go that way or to use them very sparingly. I'd also try adding some really thick claps on the backbeats. I'm thinking this might give it more of a traditional gospel feel. Might not be what you are wanting, but I like gospel music and I can hear this track shifting more in that direction. Keep it up.
Many Thanks Eric,I want to make a different music than others. Really the voice of the music is in spanish but as all people here speak in english i translate the name, and im from Dominican Republic. i was download a new Vst for the FL Studio for have a real clap, for the next track i will include it.
Hey, John. Track shows a lot of promise, I think. I particularly liked the dissonant treatment and syncopation of the melody line. Definitely has a Caribbean feel to it. I''m thinking that it needs more bottom end on it, or maybe something like a synth wash to mesh it together, but I'm not sure. I've listened to it a couple of times now and am appreciating it more each time I listen.

I think that there's something missing from this track, but I don't know what it is...

The breakdown at 1 minute was on point at 1:30 nice as well, this new age gospel is catchy, if I say so myself!

Well, for what it's worth coming from a newbeginner - here are my thoughts:
It's a good start, very interesting changes in the beat and a cool melody.
I'm missing a bass line to give it a base and some pads and build ups.
Looking forward to hear the progress!
Cheers/ SJ =)
