How do I start? First the "negatives" The vocals... They don't fit in that song... It's a nice and chilled out song and the vocals... Are not... The gated pad at the end is a nice one, but it doesn't really fit in that song. Or they could have make a nice breakout or something like that.
The Positives: It's a nice and well sounding song. the clap is a bit loud (but that's just a question of my prefers ^^) but over all I like the song. Espacially as a first song it's a nice hint, that you should do more music. Keep it on, my friend :-)
I wouldn't really call this trance; it has more elements of house and chill out, really. Not a fan of the vocals, either. Other than that, I like it alot, especially the opening melody on the keys. Song sounds kind of like a mini-mix, which is why genre is a little hard to pin down, but overall a really good first start.

beat is good but not house its more hip hop than house
i like the piano loop its great and the bass sound is good too
