The release time of your 808 bass needs to be longer... the bass needs to go like Booooommmm.. throughout the background for this track.
Between 0:14 and 0:27 you can already drop the 808 drum pattern and then from 0:27 onwards to the next drop put the live "marching soldier" drums they have at military parades and then switch back to the 808 bass and drums.

Actually.. you need to add an extra bassline but use portamento/glide on it. The bassline should sound like a violin.. dont know if this makes sense!?

You can still add some live rock drums and a male choir.. then it's almost complete i think :)
