Excellent track mate! The first portion is just superb in terms of the notes and chord progression. I feel it's also tailored for an orchestra, specifically strings ensemble imo. The second segment is uplifting and fun to listen to. This is a very well made track, I can see you put alot of time making this. Stellar production, congrats. Thank you for sharing.

Very interesting style here, most especially the composition of the various parts!

To me, it sounds like a slightly more complex rendition of something that Savant might have done. I say this mostly because of the choice of sounds, as well as the arrangement style. Not meant as an insult in any way, as there was a time when I listened to Savant on a regular basis.

I do like the stripped down game style sounds on here, and they made it pretty fun to listen to. The field recordings were an interesting touch, though very subtle.

All in all a very enjoyable piece to hear! Nice work!

Awesome Intro. Funny how snare cadences have now been incorporated in electronic music. sounds like 8bit insanity. and it ends like a boss! Fav'd and downloaded (TY). Awesome job!

nice edm stuff! nice chords! only thing is the kick could be more deeper but its ok i think, but the biggest problem FOR ME is the snare. i do listen edm (sometime well i need to) but that snare hits too hard, too fat i mean sounds good but to intrusive try with a softer one or maybe a clap.

about the snare: your work is pumpy clubby edm track but the snare holds it back i recommend you to listen some deadmau5 and you will know what i mean here he is the master of claps and snares.

Musically is nice everything is in place!

limiter: yes it will burn down its progressive house or electro house whatever... well these genres using many instruments in the same, so you need to compress them so i`m sure in your every channel you got one compressor plus i`m sure there is one on the master channel too and at the end of the chain there is that poor limiter(it can be a compressor too if its not on default) so at the end every track from this genre look like this. try deep house with minimal piano and some minimal bass (you know what deep house is) with same method and wont be square anymore. these type of music id lack of dynamics so no stress you doing good! :)

Thank you much for your feedback! You pretty well nailed my compression setup so it's good to know im on the right track! Ill try taming the snare a little more and see how it sounds, ive also noticed that my snare is very friendly with the wall of my limter so maybe that will also give me a little bit more breathing room. Thank you for the words!

I really like the composition. It's smooth and has some really great moments like the progression at 2:12. It sounds beautiful. I don't know if you've seen this video before, but it has very useful information when it comes to mixing and mastering.

This is cool. Nice chord progression. I also like the high end wave synth as THC mentioned, well textured. If you want less chip-sounding drums you might need to compress less or parallel compress the drums. I like this compression on the drums musically though, lets the toms ring out.

Thank you! oddly enough, I don't use a typical sidechian compressor, rather I automate the volume and EQ bands as needed.

This is an interesting style, in the combination of low tempo and modern "EDM" style sounds. It's not my "go to" sort of song, but I can hear the time and effort that you put into the composition. I like the "froggy" sounding instrument in the second half... pretty cool! If you don't mind me asking, is that a sample or synthetic or possibly a field recording? Either way it's cool. I do like the overall dynamics of the mix, yet I'm getting the feeling of some reverb which is far too wet. I do like a very dry reverb, though, so don't take my word for it. I enjoyed listening!

Thanks spiv! The 'froggy' sound your hearing in the right channel is 100% synthetic, one of those accidental button-mash-patches that I thought was pretty neat, so I just went with it - i'm glad you like it! However a lot of the panned-out hats and such are indeed field recordings. Cheers!
