i love this. You really captured a new age feeling of ska with a modern tinge of Pharrell-like influence.

Perfect mixture of styles. And everything sounds of marvel. It is like a paella. Do you know this Spanish typical food? It has many ingredients and secrets to prepare it well and it has to be a little burned for below, but if it leaves you well it is a meal that you won't be able to never forget. It is a Fav.

Loved it! Hoorah. takes me back to my teen youth. Anyhow I'm no expert but I think if you punctuate your words more like the greats, I'll feel more in the era. You know what I'm saying? Spit the words into the mic. Actually I think(no criticism intended) that you should sing 1 octave lower. well maybe, I loved it anyway. excellent.

I know this is stupid but I feel blasphemous giving you advice or suggestions. LOL.

I like the sound of this track but for some reason I just think if it were at a slower tempo, it would be insanely great. There are so many great sounds in the arrangement and I think that the uptempo nature of the track hides some of it. I like the idea of the percussion elements remaining at a fast pace but perhaps the melody parts like the guitar and horns slowing down with give it an interesting contrast...perhaps even a dirge-like feel that might enhance the message in your lyrics.

As far as the musicianship, arrangements and vocals...it's all there in quality. Nicely done.

Hi Jack, thanks for having some balls to comment. I will at some point do some slower tracks in this vain. As for this track, if I slow it down I will sound like Tom Waits lol.. One of my favorite songwriters though.. I have remixed this only today, pulling some drums and percussion out to help the track breath. Ska is quite an up tempo genre also, after all, you are supposed to skank to it... I will endeavour to write a slower ska track shortly...

    Cheers Slap...

This is a complete production and i did not find anything to be altered, i mean it is perfect but you can also put a remixed version.
Great work i really love it.
    Keep the Ska high.

Yeah guys, sounds real pro! Excellent job. Didnt know slap could sing lol sounds good. I normally zone out on one instrument at a time when I pick apart songs and there was a ton going on. Super cool mesh. At times the track kinda reminded me of O.A.R. and other times it reminded me of The Dave Mathews Band specially the break down about four minutes in. Great job!

Well I'm dropping in to taste the skank ....and it's mighty fine....I think this is a marvellous example of where an Artist has actually chosen to go back to one of his periods and revisit the experience..the results are spectacular to say the least...it's as if Picasso decided to plunge again into his wonderful 'Blue' era...and share his accumulated experiences yet again but with a manifestly superior technique and intent...Not only does this music represent a watershed of popular performance based bands but also an indicator as to how consummate your grip on the whole musical experience has become....Your work has all the hallmarks from the ground up.....It's Art....cheers dave :)
