It's interesting, with your comment and viewing the profile, I assumed who you were, but I was wrong. Possibly just got confused, possibly it is since I haven't seen a song from you in a year or so. It's not a new name, is it? I apologize.
This song is really cool, with avant garde and worldly elements which appeal to me. I appreciate it being placed in classical instead of cinematic, as many others would. It fits right in there.
I am generally not a fan of choirs, but this is done so tastefully along with the atmospheric items, that it just works! Not the sort of music I hear very often, either recently or in the past. Very expertly crafted and dynamic. I could almost imagine you conducting a large group of practised musicians!
Expanding the file size of uploads here really has increased the range of compositions and quality on Looperman, and I love it! I stopped going to Soundcloud, and have not looked back. This song is a great example of why Looperman dominates!
For a first collaboration, this is mind blowing, and you should both be proud of it.
Okay, I just got to 6:48-7:00... I noticed some really big clipping which seemed to pop out of the speakers. That's the only point I have noticed that so far, so it may be a simple fix. Everything else sounds good, I would hate for it to change. :)
The electronic piano and cello duet was a really pleasant surprise, and is not a pairing I hear often. Both are instruments which I love. This later part of the song is something I would really like to see done in a live setting... so sweet.
Is the three minutes of silence an intentional addition? I though possibly it was a glitch in the site, since there has been work done on the coding lately.
A mystic introduction..the first piano part feels like the sound from one of those older mystery movies...I think the flute parts impart a nice peaceful feeling with the aiy choir pads...It certainly is different Cindy....nice to hear your creativity in the composing and arranging...seems to flow through different sections very smoothly as they all are consistent with the theme...you tell a musical story and leave it to the listener to interpret....congratulations to you and your collaborators....collaborations always seem to multiply the result....well done........Ed
Hi Ed , it really means alot to read such reiview from your side . I'm really glad about the way you have underestood and felt the composition . thank you very much for stopping by and writing a comment . I really appreciate your time and attention .
Very nice complex cinematic sound. Feels like i have returned to the middle ages listening to teh first part. It has so many colourful and complex changes.Feels like classical rapsody. Liked it a lot.
Hi Elena . it was a pleasure to work with a tallented musician like triad . he has written and designed many parts. thank you very much for the kind comment .
It was nice to take a break and listen to this, I like the change up around 3:20 and all the other change ups too, with every song or piece witihin the conjunction I pictured different scenes in my head, like from a movie or from different movies
Very original and interesting start. The track sounds like a big build up to a musical climax. But the climax is not there at the moment. I think you could make a nice drop at the 1:35 mark. Maybe introduce a new synth or add an extra layer to the existing sounds. A very nice start of a potential great track...
thank you very much for the kind words . agree with you about 1:35 too , but according to this my only track all & all made by loops , I haven't written any note for this , and I won't . 24 people have downloaded this and maybe one of them can add another synth layer to it . I really appreciate your comment .
thank you jamid ,well , I don't think it was a wonderful job . it's all made by loops as you can see in description . but thank you very much for the kind words .
I think DesignedImpression has a good idea Cindy...he does some really good string sounds...this is quite different...and thats a good thing...It has quite a bit of tension with appropriate breaks...always good to hear your creativity...keep this one going...Ed
Well done with this piece so far. Dig the suspenseful intro and how you continue it along as it goes. Solid loop edits, connects in a good way. Very interesting rebuild at the break of the track. I can hear this getting friendly with some string work, Let me know if you'd be interested. Thank you for sharing with us, a good find. Peace.
Hello yes ofcourse it's a good idea . I'm interested to see what you're going to do with it . contact me if you need any line or loops . thank you very much for good comment and idea .
Hey there, nice track. I am sure it is going to be a good one with more additions. I liked the last section without the drums too. The transition on 1:36 sounds "sudden", was that on purpose? TG
Hello . yes that's on purpose , but maybe not considered enough . do you have any better idea for that ? your suggestion about last selection without drums is interesting too and I respect . thank you very much for support .
It almost sounds like you sampled a symphony. Also, I like that one jazzy sax in the beginning. Nice progression throughout. Feels like a musical journey. Nice!
Dude those drums are friggin crazy. What software do you use? and holy shit what drums are those? And also, I love the steady progression, building and building. You did good to name it the heartbeat. Best of luck to you in the future my man!
thank you Nelephant . drums are some of shortbussmusic loops I think and I've used a simple acidpro for making this track . are you interested to add anything to this project as collaboration ? I'll look forward to see your idea about it .
that's some quite original mix of very different sounds. nice work. Some instruments (like saxophone about 0:14) might be mixed even better but as 'sound collage' type of music it works perfectly for me. Everything is allowed here in order to get the extremely dramatic expression. Alex
I liked this track a lot. My personal highlights: - the powerful bass riff (seen first time 0:17) - the overlay of instrumental (loop?) with the choir - good use of the "harp" sound, to build an additional layer What maybe could be improved: - the sound used for the melody starting at 0:50 (I am not so fond of this very synthish sound, but this is completely a matter of taste...I am sure others will love it)
Overall: Great track! Liked it a lot.
You have a great talent ... but you probably already know it :-) Ciao, Domenico
I like the first part with just the flute and some reverb best....the delay/echo later does give it some rhythm and a subtle melody...it sounds very clean and light...my favourite flute part (from a long time ago) was the middle section of a song called "Nights in White Satin" by The Moody Blues..I hope someone will add more orchestratiion to this one....keep playing and recording...the more you do it the better you become (and its not difficuilt to record well)....nicely done....Ed

I like the way the strings came in man. The strings alone just does it for me. Good one ^-^
