Banger I love distorted harmonies so fucking much especially progressive ones and digress-progressive ones absolutely my fucking favorite track on looperman so hard man.
this one hurts man... Where did the time go? just you sitting on your bed staring out the window looking at flowers and drinking remembering life thinking if you were only a couple generations younger you could be sharing your drink with someone... it's so sad and I'm not sure if it's personal but it reminds me so vividly of Johnny Cash's cover of Hurt. Keep it up brother... someone will come over and have a glass and maybe a smoke with you
everythings cool bro, nothing personal, i just seem to be able to get the right words, i wrote this along with another couple when i had two friends over and yeah we was having a few drinks and a blunt :)) thanks for the good feedsack Captain
I hear a mixture of Hackinslash Gameplay mixed with erotica mixed with a futuristic Blade 1 vampre rave and of course the perfect blend of Win 98 PC games and workout music well done brother
You got it man, I reckon post punk is a good description. Inspired partly by a Netflix movie called Ascension. Worth a look. Thanks for the listen and comment.
ooh la la la, Christopher! your support for a country who has been shoved past it's limits shows such strength and courage in the face of hecklers! I appraise this! I can't sleep sometimes because of my mania in which certain cases make me to believe I am King David before he became a king and remembering my history lesson as it was, Cavid who united both Palestine (then known as Philistine) and Israel after running away from King Saul who was set to kill him, staright into Philistine where he cured the injustice from the outside by acts of Robim Hood good deeds. Man... but then I realize I am just a confused American with the mind of a tortured soul that even angels fear to cry for. Ignorance is bliss certainly because stress does not accompany the powerless very well.. the elephant in the room that mice and men die beautifully exposing...
Yes AJ thanks man. I've always backed the underdogs and the powerless against injustice. I feel it strongly. Not that what Hamas did was excusable either, but what do you do when you have no future? You hit out of course. Gonna listen to your track now. I think it's going to be a sad one somehow. All the best my man.
Lol you saw holy cannoli this shite bites and wasn't expecting it to be a praise ha ha. When I first typed that I saw the same thing but was like wait a second... cannoli bites...that's genius!
Holy cannoli this shite bites bro. Those progressions are so smooth and melodic it made me want to download and use it but I decided against not because I don't love it but because it's just not my style. Way to go bro. I'm happy your favorite sound designer liked your post man. Good things are coming bro.
I couldnt tell which direction u were going with this comment at 1st lol. seriously tho, i honestly appreciate u taking the time to check out my work, especially when ur usual interest lies in other genres. That means my track is exceeding my hopes for it, and thats all i can ask for. I do want to say that i recieve my own inspiration from songs and musicians that are rarely in my own genre or style. I love it. I just love music man. Its the glue holding my sanity in place, for sure. Thanks for listening
Romantica lyricism. Interesting wavelength. This could definitely be a number 1 hit. My only advice and you don't have to take it, make the adlibs come in a little less frequently. Great song. You did amazing. Beautiful voice.
Hi and thank you, and I agree about the adlibs, there were too many. Thank you again, especially about my voice. I cannot figure out why I am not signed yet.
Fruitylicious! I feel some Marley, Zappa, and Hendrix on here bro. Vibes well. I love the Zep progression you used to carry your vocals through the theatawaves. Nice and toasty Chris. Hey btw I finally fell in love with someone who genuinely loves me
Kia ora AJ, very good to hear from you and to hear that news. Funny how these synergies happen - I had been wondering what you were up to and how you were doing. Best of luck to you bro as always. Cheers Chris
Damn Psuedo did a fance jobe on this masterful work of a DS of the moon vibe but with modern electric... synth and bass layering was a great idea that snailhole warp fade was a good alt trick my friend
Hey man, thanks for the listen. I was quite happy with the guitar sound on this, maybe not so much the performance, I'm two left hands half the time. Cheers bro.
Hi AJ, just screwing around eh. I'm sorry I haven't visited your new track, will do as soon as I have enough time to do it justice. I'm looking forward to it my man. Hope the new band is cooking.
Nicely Done Chris! A perfect Halloween ode to a lovely Bob Dylan song. You're cyberfunk waves are always amusing to my ears and your singing has improved so greatly... bravo! Btw I'm back in Cali again and I'm staying here lol I'm going to college!!! gonna get a masters in creative writing, specifically poetry! I'm also getting an apartment over here through the state so that's cool. How've you been bro? anything new with the kiddos?
Hey AJ, glad to hear you've got some cool plans brother. I hope things work out for you. Sunny California sounds pretty good. I hear about it from a musician/performer/clown mate from NZ who lives at the beach in LA. One day I want to go visit him!
It felt so marvelous. I love the Maori tribe I have the Uzumaki necklace that symbolizes change and growth. I wear it every day. I think your whispers and atmosphere was phenomenal. Perfect score.
Thanks AJ, I had to google the uzumaki reference. Yeah that's known as a koru design in Maori art. Its based on an unfurling fern frond and basically a symbol of creation and return to the point of origin.
Incredible guitar mate. I was blown away by that bass too. Very lead. What I love about this song is that the distortion is humanized yet it's a fairy tale beat. Beautifully done man.
Nautical beauty my friend! The pain of the loss of one's family is hard I know bro, but he's probably smiling down from that Polaris with his warmth guiding you each day! such a electronic symphony my friend... Muy bien!
Ahhh Post Hardcore, my favorite subgenre!! Reminds me of The Ugly Organ by Cursive... one of my all-time favorite albums! I think this whole track is perfect and doesn't need a singer for me to be completely glued to my chair listening, without headphones and then to listen again with headphones and hear shit I didn't know was there... beautiful song, structure, breakdowns. Excellent job! Favorite song on here actually.
So there's this joke I've always thought about but never shared with you... If you want a wet dream but also an alien invasion listen to Xstokes. And it's even better when your high. My guy you make the Cray cray est crayola crayon canyons ever to color the earth bro. Good job.
Man I just love the background guitar in the beginning so melodic and beautiful. And I'm interested on how you created the guitar solo at the very very end, was it live? Well done brother. Bravo!
Yo Phantom, this was dazzlin' like a tiger baby! I was in first chord, reversed into a haze and as the clouds sun and rain wept down my face I heard, the most magnus Lisbon Katniss rain bearing barrier I've ever listened to my friend ~ A Plush
Hi bro! I said that I walk by "feeling" if the voice connects me I do the piece! even if it's not perfect, whether for the voice or for me, I think it's the essence of musicians ... no matter what style of music you do, LM allowed me to discover very good production in completely different styles and I like it! when you feel the thing ... do it, the main thing is that you like it! Thanks for your listening ! Michael
