Description : Played it back this moring and decided to re edit and add a few more points of interest. Mix number two of this now and hopefully it's an improvement.
It's an atmospheric D&B number with big reverbs, piano's, sliced vocal samples & a hypnotic vibe.
It's only a first mix but i like where it's going so i thought i'd give it a first outing to the loop.
Description : You go down Cleo Lane, then carry on straight for about a mile before turning left up Kirsty Alley. Turn right on Lois Lane, Then you'll see it just on the other side of the road near where Jeff Bridges.
Description : It's a banging techno track with vocal samples from one of Nepauls accapellas. It's focussed on using loops and filters and i made it for those who like 'avin it large! it dips and it dives but it keeps on coming!
Description : Mix number 2, Added a little bass and compressed the track.
It might require one little bit of tweaking but essentially all the ingredients cooked niceley.

Description : Well i think the best description would be that i very much doubt it's going to win me a mercury prize nomination.
I've been waiting for some loops to be delivered for another track i've been working on so this was just something to kill a bit of time. It's purely a bit of fun that's not to be taken too seriously but if you like a bit of twisted, banging techno with hoover noises then you'll probably quite like this.
Description : i've called it part 2 but it is just essentially a remake of the first version. I lost the original file so had to start from scratch. Thanks to Holly again for the acapella.
It's a haunting synth melody accompanied by a breakbeat, tribal bongo's, big reverberated piano's with the cut off's set to low to give it an eirie kind of effect and some other stuff just to polish it off.
As per usual comments, downloads and Megan Fox's telephone number would be greatly appreciated.

Description : Ok, mix number three (just noticed a massive clip in the track, it's gone now) of this now, Just trying to get the clarity a little better and less muddy sounding.
It's another trance track but this time i went for a more "chicane" kind of style as i thought it suited Romy's vocals.
I will say, If there's anything you don't like about the mixdown then please leave comments because i'd like to show them to the pen1s that keeps telling me to turn the music down and doesn't understand the concept of dynamic range.
Anyway, that said i hope you enjoy this joint effort.

Description : It's a down tempo, dreamy, sci fi soundscape with plenty of atmospherics, reverberated piano's and indian chanting.
In laymens terms it sounds absolutely nothing like the tune from the 'we buy any car' advert. i hope that narrows it down a bit.
Description : This is Redgolds track which i have attempted to remix with some of my own flavours. I tried to keep as much to the original theme as possible without it sounding like i'd just cloned the track.
It's my first venture into the dub genre but it wont be my last as i really enjoyed messing about with this.

Description : Just something i've cobbled together over the last few days. There's a few parts that i'm umming and arring about so i just wanted to see if anyone else picks up on the same things really.
It's a funky, electroish, housy, techno kind of thingy that chops about from one thing to another whilst keeping a constant rhythm line throughout. I think it's got kind of a fun vibe to it so i'm definitely going to carry on working with it. In the mean time, here's a first draft. PS sorry about the one random swear word. It was the only vocal sample i had that seemed to fit.

I wasn't going to upload any of my old tracks but since my work rate seems to be quite sluggish i thought i might as well upload some of the better one's.
This one features vocals from the sites very own Conan Swanson (AKA coney island records. It's a kind of D&B metal fusion track which was likened to the work of Pendulum by quite a few folks.
So if you like a bit of ear bashing d&b coupled with distorted guitars and good vocal hooks then you'll probably like this.

Description : Nothing to do with the movie of the same title, It was just the name of one of the sounds i used. The tune is an array of four to the floor techno with lots of filters, Percussion sounds and loops a plenty. (mainly my own although two of them are from prime loops drum & synth addict packs) If you like your party tunes then hopefully you should like this. One thing i'm having a problem with is the file conversion on FL 10. When i change it to MP3 it sounds like there's a compression on the mix that i certainly didn't put in. If anyone's familiar with this problem then i'd appreciate any suggestions as to how to get rid of it.
