Electronic Tunes, Tracks, Beats & Mixes
Description : This one came about after looping the female Mmmm vocal. Again this one was done a long time ago. Recorded in cubase
Description : After a major uphill battle completing this song and turning it into what it is now, I feel some amount of satisfaction. It was like reality wanted me to give up or something. It's done... phew... Have updated this almost completely, from repatching the modular bass, playing some guitar parts, adding electric piano and synth lead, redoing and tuning the DW-6000 synth, of course adding my vocals, and mixing and mastering. It really has become pretty new wave, like much of my stuff does recently. Have added the lyrics as well. I am proud and happy with it, and I hope you all enjoy listening! UPDATE... woohoo just broke 1000 plays on this track here at looperman! ***original description*** Hey finally here with a new track! I'm not sure what to call this other than electronic, due to the high tempo. This is the first song finished using my interface which allows direct MIDI control of my modular synthesizer. The mid frequency bass part is all from that patch. There are tracks designed with my Zoom RT-123 drum machine, the microkorg, and the circuit bent KORG DW-6000. Other than that it is just a kick and snare drum sample, and a a quick vocal snippet. So I guess it's fairly minimal in that respect. Would like to hear the Looperman community's thoughts on this song! Thank you for listening
Description : The answer to Close Encounters is Hymn Of The Pleiades. This is a strictly groove track where the elements of ambient meets electronic funk and Hip Hop. Track was recorded, mixed and mastered using Mixcraft Pro Studio 6 software. Results were achieved by using a FATA Studio 90 MIDI keyboard ran through a E-MU Proteus 2000 sound module, - for the phat funky bass synth. I also used a KORG O5R/W sound module for the retro lead synth parts and ambient sound pads. I utilized what was essentially a old school Hip Hop drum track, arranged and beefed it up for that extra umh! I greatly appreciate all the positive feedback the track has garnered thus far. Keep listening and by all means, your comments are much welcomed... thanks.
Description : Recently I've been quite into future bass and this my first real try at making it. Looking forward to some constructive criticism. Hope you enjoy You'll find the artwork for this track here:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vaLe8kXM9fg
Update - This is the updated completed version of the song featuring Eshar on the vocals. This is a very experimental track and hopefully you'll be pleasantly surprised by it. I don't know where else to put this, but I really want to thank the Looperman community for giving my track a chance. It's almost hit 800 plays and it's got so many favorites, it's insane. Thanks to everyone who made this the song it is right now.
Description : With the winter solstice comes a new album from Spivkurl, as well as this new song from the album. Kind of a new-new-wave sort of track. We all like it around here.
Description : Here's an original track I made which features different vst's I've found within the interwebs. Very chill, yet hard hitting. I'd say this track is Chillout/Electronic.
Description : Recently did a collab with Looperman user doctorcatface, and this is what came of it. He sent me his project file with individual loop sections. I laid out the arrangement and wrote some lyrics. Did the mixing and mastering too. I don't know about you, but I enjoy listening to this one. Here's the original track that inspired the collab: https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/148352
Thanks much for listening! You can get the new Spivkurl album "Charting The Anomaly," which includes this track at the We Are... Records Capitalist Market found here: http://www.wearerecords.com/capitalistmarket.html
Description : The wild warrior. In a mysterious chilling EBM mix. In this unusual song I only use VST's. The total wacky WHOOO, for the Jungle alarm flute. He really has a totally funky interface. Then even the Revolta2, Tethys2 and MT Powerdrumkit2. And underneath, sounds from Robotar. Mixed with Spinner and KeroVee and some more FX stuff. And on top of it a little singing, from me. Again the question arises. What is the name of this style or genre? But more important, of course, that you like it. Comments are of course welcome. Enjoy the music and dance like a wild warrior
Description : 7th track of my future vocaloid album, Acerbus 2. Genre: Metal-Pop. UPDATED june 27th, enhanced left Gumi (vocalist), added 1 last chorus. (VOCAL SAMPLES AVAILABLE AT THE ACAPELLA SECTION)
Description : Well, yesterday I did another cover tune, this time an REM song from the album "Monster." I've wanted to cover this song for quite some time, and it all fell into place in just a couple hours. I took one of the basses from my modular synth, and the intro atmosphere was played on my optical theremin. In the chorus there is an arpeggiated organ sound which is sampled from my Gibson G-101 organ. The drums are all samples, and the rest of the synths are VST. Very interested to hear the reaction to this, as it's quite different from the original. Thanks for listening.
Description : Yeah , Its MG's Power ... I Love It So Much ... My Best track ever I Made Need your Comments
Description : This song is represents the final summation of Spivkurl's new album "HellLP." Wrote it with my own two legs and a brain, and composed it with the help of some of my robot friends. The message should be very clear, and if it is not, then you may want to unplug for a while.
Description : A little song about activism at it's most basic, with a pinch of active imagination. I worked my Eat Lead Copper modular synth into this one, as well as the modified Monotribe. Played a bass part on the old '91 Epiphone Precision bass. Also just did some parts replacement on the '90 Epiphone Les Paul Studio, and decided to test it out on this song... with amp and effects via a POD v2.0. Thank you for listening!
Description : The best I can describe this track is 80's synth pop crashes into disco. This is the shorter of 2 versions I have, call it a radio edit:) Although this sounds to me like a mash up of a couple of genres, it still has a simple, retro beat. Comments always welcome ;P
Description : Not sure exactly what genre this is. Sort of a chill combination of trance and future bass. I would love to have a singer on this if I can find someone to fit the style.
Description : Brutally honest and terribly contradictory, straight to the point by way of strange curving route between the river and the shopping mall. $5 minimum is a high price to pay for ignorance. I'll tolerate you when you've given in to my scare tactics. Couldn't have done the vocals the way they turned out without a certain ridiculous brainwashed fool, you know who you are. Go ahead, convince yourself that you're doing the right thing. This started out as a simple tech-house sort of instrumental, and then it blew up into what it is now. I used two looperman loops in composition for this track, firstly looperman-l-0630386-0060622-joefunktastic-funk-for-the-soul-drums1-95bpms, and secondly looperman-l-0711726-0058529-proecliptix-raw-loop-1. Thank you immensely to MrFunktastic and Proecliptix for the sweet energy. Beyond that, I want to thank RenzWilde for continuing my evolution as a guitarist... couldn't have done it without you. Guitar is played on my Jackson, which I finally got the floating tremolo set up properly on recently... ahhh intonation. Has a bit of atmospheric synth created on my microkorg, and a nice kick from the Zoom RT-123. Spot vocals and synthie vocals were recorded on my 100 proof mic. Here's what I've got, got anything of value to barter with?
Description : Hey folks, here's another Halloween track as promised. On this one I kept the focus more on the music but stayed with the Zombie theme for the LZA thing. When I first read the Looperman Zombie Apocalypse Forum thread and considered doing a Zombie themed song, the first thing that popped into my head was Michael Jacksons Thriller. So that became my inspiration. Now I must make this clear, I'm in no way comparing this to Michael Jackson's music, I just wanted to come up with a cool street beat groove mixed with some modern sounding electro or dubstep elements. Anyhow, this is what I ended up with...Happy Halloween to all you ZOMBIES!
Description : This is Progressive EDM of the brillbilly kind! You know, sort of Trance but held back to 130 BPM lol.!...Im holding on to summer,so i added a slight funky vibe.! Just flap them arms...see what happens! Enjoy!
Description : This is my entry to the November competition on the Audio Sparks for Art site. The song represents an enhanced workflow for me, considering the changes in my studio which had barely been accessed until now. No software instruments or loops/samples were used in composing this piece. On the contrary, each instrument represents an individual piece of hardware gear, including my DIY modular synth, my latest circuit bent drum module (the 2XKawa), Yamaha YS200, Microkorg, Casio CZ-101, Dual Zoom drum machines, and the Gibson organ played through my Kustom amp. This is also the first time I've used Expert Sleepers Silent Way in a completed track... this allowed me to clock the 2xKawa from my DAW using the DC coupled outputs of my audio interface. Almost every track contained here had live manipulation of some sort while recording, including amplitude modulation, filter modulation, control of delay parameters, spontaneous drum rolls, trumpet wow accents, as well as volume and sustain pedal work. It was a rewarding musical endeavor. If you enjoy this song, please go view the art piece which inspired it, and show your support with a fav on the audiosparksforart.com page! http://audiosparksforart.com/project/7238-2

Description : has kind of a funky vibe. new versions will be uploaded as they come into existence - last updated: 2015/01/06
Description : Premonator is an original song by Spivkurl (music, voice and guitar) which you can find here https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/171837
Credits: Spivkurl - voice, guitar, drum samples; promenade2239 - music, synthesizers, arrangement, production. Many thanks to Spivkurl for helping me by the production matters and some great inspiration.
Description : Pure electro semi-bangin' dance music featuring no guitars, bass guitar or banjo but a shitload of synths and programmed drum hits and loops. Main lead instrument is a programmed electronic banjo that I'd say is unusual in dance music. Trancey sawtooth synths, ribbitting frog synths, space mice synths, squelchy synths, arp synths, semen synths (not really) multiple synth basses, vocoded djembes, regular djembes, tabla hits and other percussion. My customary intricate detail and heavy layering. Quite a different sound for me - almost getting into clubland with this one but also some damn strange electro space creature leads. Tempo is only 96 BPM but it sometimes feels maybe 20 BPM faster. No big genre changes and none of my usual funk, blues, rock, jazz, hip hop, grunge etc. But it's still pretty psychedelic, very far out and, hopefully, a ton or ten of fun. This track is the 2nd part of this :Tribal Warfare https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/139608
Feel free to disagree with anything and/or tell me you're my biggest fan (who isn't also a stalker, unless you're female and very beautiful but not crazy). All hail the synthesizer! Especially the software ones all conveniently housed in one DAW (only Reason used here). Enjoy the cosmic tribal funk...
Description : So I was sifting through old files and happened to find this little guy I recorded about a year and ago, on the arrival of my new keyboard. I had ideas for lyrics but never had the time to sit down and record em. It's not a perfect mix, but it's a structured song (verse, bridge, chorus, etc.) and it's basically done. Just missing vocals! So I'm giving it to you guys, maybe you all can come up with something haha. Enjoy!
