Description : This was a FUNky track to make! :) I'm not sure if it's totally "funk" but it feels like it's leaning that way.

What kind of visuals can you picture this behind? All comments and feedback greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Description : After uploading my last track I decided to take a similar approach to building another track that was "just for fun". Again, this was fun to put together and wasn't thinking about the end product until it was done. Any thoughts or suggestions are always welcomed. What kind of vibe does this track give you? Thanks!!!

Description : Not sure what genre this might be, kind of doesn't matter anyway. Just having some fun putting something together. Any thoughts??? Thanks so much in advance!

Tags : | Lo-Fi | 5.68 MB | Garageband

Description : My attempt at a Lo-fi track. Let me know what you think of it or what can be improved.

Thank you so much for your ears! :)

Description : The past is perpetually vanishing. There really is no past to continue, and therefore, to cling to it, to identify one's self with it is to perpetuate an illusion resulting in incessant frustration. - Alan Watts

Description : UPDATE: After feedback I have uploaded a revised version with the instruments transposed down 3 semi-tones. Is there less dissonance?

Last night I stumbled upon this really great Acapella by JaniMilfsson and I immediately wanted to put a track together! It looks like there were a bunch of other people who did the same too. :)

Her vocals are so sweet and natural sounding that I basically just tried to stay out of the way, and just support what she was doing. I hope you like it.

Description : I used an Acapella from TheRealiSH and came up with this track. Please let me know what you think can be improved or if something doesn't fit/work. Feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

UPDATE: I have uploaded a slightly more finished version since originally posting. A few tweaks and a smoother ending I think. I also tried to make the timing a little better on the vocals. Thanks!

Description : This was a fun track to put together. Nothing too serious here. I used a portion of a guitar loop from M4hhe here on Looperman in one of the sections.
Comments and constructive feedback always appreciated. Thank you!

Description : This one has been kicking around for a little while and I just put the finishing touches on it last night. Curious to hear thoughts or areas for improvement. As always, thank you so much for your ears!

Tags : | Jazz | 7.73 MB | Garageband

Description : I have been exploring making all different genres of music outside of my comfort zone. This track I am tackling a "jazzy" feel. I used an Acapella from Ashesndreams, although I don't know what the lyrics are, so it may very well be a song about peanut butter, ha. :) EDIT: I have replaced the original upload with a more "gentle" compression/volume and new horn section as per suggestions. Thank you!

Let me know what you think/can be improved. Thank you!

Description : This is a track that I just did some updating to. I changed a few things up and I think I like this version much better.

Interested to hear your own thoughts on this.

Thanks so much!

Description : I started with a guitar loop I really liked from SADisfying here on Looperman. I liked that it sounded a little sad/contemplative on its own but somehow it turned into kind of a bubble gum pop track. :) Interested in feedback. Thanks for listening!

Description : This was fun to make! I felt like I was making the music track for a high speed car chase in an action movie! :)

I don't know if this is finished just yet but here it is in its present state. See what you think.

PS genre help would be appreciated as well. Thanks!

Description : I started this track a little while ago and never finished it. I forgot about until I reopened it last night. Just finished right now and thought I would share.

Let me know what you think can be improved or just thoughts in general. Thanks so much!

PS, what genre would you call this? I never know!

Description : I knew absolutely nothing about producing music about a year ago. I think often times change is so gradual that it's not very detectable. I think it's helpful to go back to where you started.

So, I went back to one of my first few tracks I made, and boy did it sound terrible!!! So I spent an hour or two tweaking a few settings like panning, EQ, compression, reverb etc. I know I still have TONS to learn but I see a big improvement with mixing from my start. Link to original in first comment

Description : Looking for honest feedback on this track. It's Middle Eastern inspired. I was trying to make this a little cinematic in feel. Thanks for listening!

Description : I used some Acapella from Mr Shammi and came up with this. Let me know what's good and or bad about it. Thanks for listening.

Description : This is a work in progress. Looking for any and all feedback. Much appreciated. I used some Acapella from Steely Vibe. I duplicated the first part so you can hear it a second time, although this is probably not the way it will be in the final piece. Thanks for listening.

Description : This is still a work in progress but thought I would throw it out here for some constructive feedback on anything that stands out good or bad at this point. I'm not sure where I'm going from here, so suggestions welcomed there too. Thanks for listening!

PS, any ideas on what genre you might consider this, I'm terrible at that. Thanks!

Description : Honest feedback most welcomed and will be reciprocated. Just let me know what track you are looking for feedback on.
This track pretty much came together haphazardly in pieces. Not sure what to think of it yet. Thanks for listening.
