Description : Based on three vocal tracks of heavily processed vocals. Two sounds by Hanstimm at freesound.org and one I recorded for another project. Put on your headphones and sit back for a peaceful journey.
Description : I might call this Ambient/Electronic. Faster paced and shorter than my previous works - 120bpm - sort of a chilled toe-tapper. Let me know what you think.
Description : Fourth in my Waves series of compositions largely based on sounds created by Hans Timmermans at The Freesound Project (freesound.org).
Description : Have a chill with some Ambient Dub.
Description : New territory for me. I chose Fusion since I guess this is a fusion of a couple genres on the list here. I would call it, World, but that's not a choice. Anyway, definitely more of a groove than what I've put together in the past. I had a lot of fun doing this, I'd love to hear your thoughts.
Description : This ambient track features highly processed sounds (time-stretched, chopped, shaken and tickled into submission). Then, blended and layered creating a space that will move you. Where you go is up to you. As with all my tracks, headphones or a good surround-sound system will bring out its full fidelity.
Some original samples from Looperman's dungbeatl and ERH and daveincamas from Freesound.org.
Description : Earthy / other-worldly ambient atmosphere created with some great sounds from ERH and yewbic from Freesound.org and my collection of Sony loops. Bring your imagination. Rendered to 92kbps for file size restrictions.
Description : This one is a return to more of an atmospheric ambient sound. Mostly samples from Sony and Future Loops with a heavily processed vocal sample from Notofficial and a few samples from Hanstimm at freesound.org. Ambient enthusiasts, let me know what you think.
Description : Not a true Dub piece as I tend to think about it, but based on some loops from Future Loops Zion Train Dub collection and FX with some assorted sound-bites. The vocal soloist at the end is a sample from SoundMunger at freesound.org. Reviews are always appreciated.
Description : As the title suggests, this one may take you on a journey of mind and spirit. Headphones and relaxed atmosphere highly recommended.
Most all samples are from Sony's Ambient Grooves collection. The guitar lick near the end is from Playinmusic.com
Had to create the mp3 at 64kbps due to the file size restrictions. :^(
Description : *Update* 10/6/10 - Removed female vocal track (it had been added last minute before I uploaded the original version and I decided it really was not needed). Smoothed out a couple transitions, couple other small tweaks.
The title comes from my own exploration into the world of ambient sound and the mood and flow of the piece. Sit back, calm yourself, and take a brief jaunt into the land of...?
Samples from ERH, hello flowers, niyambhushan, Corsica S and the amazing didgeridoo drone from Anton - all at The Free Sound Project (freesound.org). Additional samples from Future Loops.
Description : This ambient piece is largely based on processed cello samples and a processed vocal sample by Hans Timmermans. Additionally, there is a sample by ERH.
Samples d/l from The Freesound Project (freesound.org).
Additional samples from Future Loops.
Produced within Sony Acid.
Unfortunately, I needed to save @ 96kbs to comply with the 7MB file size limit.
