Description : Testing a riff on my New Les Paul. Please rate one to 10 and comments if u have a moment.

Description : I'm trying to finally get this song right. I spent the day redoing pt 1 and jazzing up the interlude. If you like this tune and would like to add you talents, I'd much appreciate. Needs are obvious. Singer, better drum programming, better bassline, better production, maybe a keyboard line.

The New Wave Group is a project open to all artists interesting in collaborating. If you work on one of my projects, you are heretoforewith now and forever a member in good standing of The New Wave Group. Doesn't matter whether we have two or two thousand people in the band. If you contribute, whatever comes of it, you get your fair share. Once I've assembled a worthwhile collection of tunes solidly produced, I intend to diligently market them.

"it could be made into a monster if we all pull together as a team ..."

:-)

Cheerio.

Description : Well the saying goes "Give the people what they want" - and who can argue w Ray Charles, right? Haha! So by popular request here it is - IMMT2U - way less acid! After listening a bit I can see how you guys got distracted by both guitars chattering at once - sorta like one trying to shout over the other. I compared both - I like the original. But maybe that's cuz I'm kinda schizo so I can deal. I think of it as sorta like f-ing two b*itches at once, but I can see how it may distracting to other folks. So anyways, here's to clean and deinsanitized version. Pack a bowl. :-D

Description : My second collab here on LM is with Evisma -

I immediately took to E's bass stylings and felt compelled to jump into a few jams. This is a riff thrown against the second part of his tune IMMT2U.

Description : Crucethus's Dark Corners composition really tripped me out. Put my muses on juices. Very Floydian. I felt Richard Wright keys and one of the ladies reminded me of Claire Torry doing The Great Gig in the Sky. All that said, I thought it would be nice if David Gilmour would join the party. Well, since he so far isn't available, I thought I'd see what I could do.

Hope ya like the NWG mix. Comments are welcome and I'm here to collab. :-)

Description : A fun and goofy farce. Got a mock up video on thenewwavegroup dot commie which is pretty fun too. :-)

Description : So I have this epic song Rain. If I included every part I've produced for this song it would be like 15 minutes long. I've recorded it many times trying to get it just right - never satisfied though. I think it would be a rock classic if we could do it right.

This is the latest but probably not greatest incarnation of the Interlude section of Rain. Kinda thrown together sure - just a simple studio one drum track and a hastily chosen (but decent) mag organ type sound set as the background for the Guitar centerpiece. You'll notice I tried to inject a couple time warp tempo changes. Not so well I think but it's my first try at that in studio.

If anyone likes the work and thinks they can master any one or better yet all of the back tracks for I certainly would love the contribution. A great vocal would be nice too.

If yer interested, a complete studio version of the best so far version of the song Rain is on my old website. Guess I can't link here. I'll link in my profile if that's allowed or will upload sometime soon if anyone is interested.

Thanks for listening!

Description : A reworked old tune - one of the most "New Wavey" of my compositions. Always looking for collaborators and constructive commentary. Careful! This is LOUD! Best ~
