Description : This is a heady, trippy synth and guitar track I did recently. My inspiration was simply my mood at the time.I had been reading the John Lennon biography and for whatever reason ethereal flight and his reported piloting of a boat in a storm were in my head.
Description : Digital arpeggiation compilation created for us as a geeky ringer or snippet in a futuristic piece. Sounds like sci -fi computers spazzing out!
Description : A little spooky theme I created as a result of having photographed some really large crows staring at me from the tree next door.
All DAW synths - all hand played
Description : Straight forward Blues on a Telecaster Guitar. I used the lipstick (neck) pickup a line 6 tone in Pod Farm that is a Jazz chorus emulation customized with spring reverb. No delays no effects outside mild chorus/spring reverb. Just Old School clean toned blues. There are 8 tracks(backing /fill) of guitar here.
Description : A "Drunk Track" - at the prompting of the author of this...https://www.looperman.com/tracks/detail/29096... I have offered up my suds soaked masterpiece!!! Funny thing is it sounded MUCH faster when I did it.
LOL my head is spinning again.
Description : I am WAY out in another field for me on this track but I wanted to try my hand at some "Rap" sounds. I am using an acoustic guitar distorted to 11, Live 7, Reason, and multiple sampling keys and synths. I got the "CRUNK "drums from a loop here and when I figure out who the author is I will definitely credit them. I would love to here thoughts from some of the pros around here.
Description : Ok this is one of my earlier but favorite attempts at using Live (5)and Gearbox and I wanted to share it with my people here.
Description : A Fun take on a bluesy southern rock/ classic rock vibe. Dare ya not to nod that head listening in on this track....
Uses Reason/Live/Acid pro/Pod Farm a Les Paul set to neck pickup and an AKG D5 mic Midi controlled via M-Audio keyrig49
(all my rig is low budget folks)
Description : Ok here is the backdrop... I am using Reason4(for my first attempt) and Pod Farm (guitars) ,and Acid Pro 7 to produce this track.
I wanted to do an industrial styled track in the vein of NIN and I played every note you hear by hand with the exception of the drumming which is a drum computer
I hand programmed in Reason-it is not a loop...there are no loops in this track it is all me.
Listen through it at least once if you will.
The goal was to make the listener feel nervous and maybe fearful as if something is about to happen or is coming...much as horror movie soundtracks might do. Let me know what you think.
