Description : Bassy jazzy hiphop track with some kickin' lyrics by looperman's SteelCityRed. Megapaul supplied the guitar track and I mixed it up a bit. Everything else is original and I'm pretty happy with how the project turned out. Slow buildup, short verse, smooth outro (That I could very easily turn in to a second verse if I had some lyrics for it). Much respect goes out to SteelCityRed

Description : I took a couple poems by a very talented Looperman poet and but some drums and tunes behind 'em, and withoutmyarmor has some words for the chorus. It's a somber, thoughtful piece based on a simple piano/organ loop, but evolves and changes often. And you gotta wait for the last verse, they're Patroklus's best words. I did however have to shorten the intro and outro to make it fit. Bummer.

Description : Simple upbeat strings-and-piano-based hiphop beat with a pretty smooth flow by some pretty talented rappers. I'ma upload the intrumental as well if anyone wants to try to do something with it. Feedback is always appreciated

Description : I'm not really crazy about my work on this track, but Patricia's voice is way too good to leave this track unfinished in my library, so here it is. Seriously, the beat's alright, but Patricia? Daaaamn, check her out. Oh, and it's not ambient, I hate trying to come up with a genre for my tunes. Deal with it :)

Description : Sadly epic (or epicly sad) orchestra piece. Very short, good harmonies. Close your eyes to get the full effect.

Description : My buddy Carl Jay's on the guitar and Buddahmann's spitting his usual freshness. Low key smooth-sounding beat. Some nice strings and bells, simple changes, long intro long outro, short track though. give a listen.

Description : While it doesn't contain any looperman loops it was based on and inspired by a couple different loops by a couple different members so I figured I'd upload it here. It's four eastwest orchestra samples, put together in Ableton. It's fast but there are a few different themes, some decent changes, I don't know, I've been trying my hand at orchestral compositions and this is the first one I've finished that I feel is worth anything. Constructive (or even destructive) criticism is always appreciated. And if you get bored skip forward 20 seconds or so, you'll hear something different.

Description : Trip-hoppy song with some kick-a** spanish-language vocals by a talented looperman poet. A buncha other LM loops and a couple strings parts i put togther. It think it turned out alright but, as always, feedback (both stylistic and technical) is greatly appreciated

Description : Hiphop track whose bass might be a little too heavy. Found the rappers on ccmixter.org, they call themselves 4nsic. Long intro, two verses and a chorus. all of it based around two strings loops I put together. Honestly, I've never worked with such a heavy bass sound, so I'd love to know if it's too much. Hope y'all enjoy.

Description : Took the swiss acapella by LC and made a pretty loud-ass beat. I've been working on it for a couple weeks and I've listened to it so many times that it's lost all meaning. I can't even tell if I like it anymore. couple verses, cool chorus, and (I think) a clip from the German translation of Pulp Fiction. Pretty hip. At least it sounds German. If you hear something you like I'd love to hear about it.

Tags : | Dance | 3.91 MB

Description : A couple different looperman vocalists featured here (Im Dangerous and Rosh). I listen to hiphop and jazz and I don't know why the hell I decided to make a sorta dance track, but this is what it became. Hope y'all like.

Description : The main guitar part is a looperman loop, the rhyming is the one and only Buddahmann, and Anomoly Jonez has got a couple words to say at the end. Lemme know what you think if'n you get a second.

Description : This is my anthem to a copyright lawyer working real hard for amateurs like me (and you) to amend copyright law in favor of amateur artists. I have to imagine there are other loopermen/women who have run in to similar problems as those mentioned in this track. Spoken word's the only genre I could think of, it's a buncha different vocal clips on top of a beat I came up with. It's not as good as it could be, the drums are boring, it's a little too mathematical/predictable, there's plenty more I want to do with it, but I wanted to see what people think so far, so if you feel like reviewing it'd be much-appreciated. And be patient, it doesn't really start to build until a few minutes in
