Description : Thought i would put these two versions out there, both quite short as they are just intro music for the monthly Global Voices Podcast.

The re-mix went through about 5 versions, each with me slowly stripping away my original guitar parts, until i borrowed an old 60's Fender Vibratone amp from a friend & came up with the new part which sort of nods it head back to the original parts. Wanted it to "travel" from west to east in the space of about a minute.

Description : This is a piece about my emotional state when I reconnected with my son, whom I have been denied access to for six years. I thought the violin would be the perfect voice to tell the story, but my heart chose the piano instead.

Description : This track started off completely different from it's finish state...I had a completely different sound before I create synths that had the wrong set of notes...but I actually like the mistaken synth better so I re-built the track. I put this up as a fusion track. It has hip-hop instrumentation with some trance, piano, violin synths infused...The main synth also doubles as the bassline...which sounds kinda like a mix between dub-step & grime. I've been working on this for a few months and think i'm finally done.
I used the following VST's for my synths: Edirol Orchestral, Superwave-8, Sawer & Morphine.
Give the whole track a listen and let me know what you like/dislike and what could be improved...comments & critiques always appreciated, thanks for listening!!

Description : Gah, I love this song. It took me about a year to produce, just because after I found that violin sample, I hit a producing block. It's a fast-paced jazzy track, and it requires either two or three listens or one extremely focused listen. It's pretty chill even though I used half the samples on my hard drive :P. Description : So, I've been having "producer's block" recently, got bored and started messing around with some notes on the keyboard. I liked them and decide to create an Instrumental around those notes. I wanted to try and create a Hip-Hop track that one would play in the car or even hear on the radio and this is what I came up with. Edirol Orchestral was used to create my Piano & Violin synths while PoiZone & Toxic Biohazard was used to create the Trance synths. 7/22/11 --- Did some EQ-ing and changed some volume levels.
7/27/11 --- Changed the drum pattern at the end of every 4-bars, removed the rolling snare from every other bar to just every 4-bars. Replaced main synth in second verse & added "what" chat during the breakdown.
