There have been a number of her songs that I've felt inclined to mess with. This one took the Cake (and ran, haha). Yeah, this track has been nagging me, pleading for me to remix it. So I did and this is what we came up with (so far, might revamp this a bit later on).
I just went to town on this, going crazy with the reverse and adding in some effects here and there. Not as many as I normally do, but enough for it to qualify, I think. Dunno why, but Detroit Nights kept poppin into my head tonight when I was mixing it. So I went with that approach.
Though originally, I was wanting to go with a cleaner & more basic approach instead. Breaking this down to the core samples and loops to import 'em into another program of mine to add similar soundfonts so I could channel isolate 'em (like the bass or the drums, etc). That would've taken a whole lot longer though. So for this version I took the lazy route. Shame on me, shame, shame...
The remix name comes from the back & forth action mixed with a current trend among certain couples in their night life activities. The echo part has to do with how I tried to place emphasis on parts of the vocals.
I would say that this is kind of a rough cut that I'll need to work on tweeking later. For right now, I want to share what I've done so far. I hope yall dig my Spin on this truly amazing song. Later on yall!

First, I broke role again to delete a song. So I apologize to those 4 who's stuff was lost. Second, genre-wise, I have absolutely no idea. Just gonna wing it and throw it into Techno for now.
Alright, so XxYoung and I have kinda been hintin at doin a collab for the past few weeks and a few days ago he emailed me a couple of loops that he was thinkin I could tinker with.
And that's exactly what I did. At first I was kinda havin trouble thinkin about how I'd build 'em up into a song. Then I thought, 'Why not see if I could add 'em to a project that I've already got started?'. Well, earlier I was file scanning and this one in particular caught my eye. So I punched it up and...
Color me a Blue nosed Gopher, it seemed to fit right in on the first time go around. So I spent a few hours messin with the loops he sent me- Modifying 'em to add a little extra spice. And VOILA!
The name came from a vision I've had for a while now to honor those guys who risk their lives all the time so our stuff doesn't get toasty (or a cat doesn't starve up in a tree or a wrecked car don't 'Splode with the person still pinned inside). Hey, I kinda like that- Sssplode, haha, got my next track name right there YAY!
Anyways, so I built what I had up around that concept (of Fire trucks and station alarms). And Young's Lords of Acid-like synths served to round out the equation nicely.
What you hear now is only half of what's in store for this baby. So keep yer eyes & ears peeled, this'll surely continue down a path of running lights and sirens blaring. Hope yall dig this little creation of ours. Later on!

Description : Hey everyone! This is my second attempt at a techno song to date. I got the idea playing pacman, beacuse its so awesome, and then i thought, why don't i do a remix of this song! So i set about learning and sequencing the main melody in Matrix, a analog sequencer utilising Subtractor, a polyphonic synthisizer which is based in Reason, adapted for Protools. Once i had made the cool melody, i then went about and got some drum loops from this site! I ended up using three drum loops (snare, bass beat, and breakbeat) and the pacman noise, the 'remix' voice and the explosion sound effect. I wrote, recorded, sequenced, panned, layered, mixed and mastered everything else myself after i had found the loops. Well sorry about the boring description but i couldn't think of anything else to write! tell us all what you think of my track, any improvments i can make, any ideas for anything else i can do, or simply just ANYTHING AT ALL! Description : Well, I've knocked out a couple of techno stompers, so I wanted to get all chill-out hip hop for my next venture. Used lots of samples, from eveything I could get my filthy hands on. All scratching is mine, plus the keyboard, which i'm fairly chuffed about. Track is very much something you would listen to whilst smoking a foot long zoot. Solid track. Enjoy

Description : This is pretty new to me as it's like my 2nd techno/dance/hip-hop track ever. Lemme know if it's hood. I might put this to work on a mixtape with an experimental flavor. Fl Studio 8 and a single sample with everything else played by me. Shout out to psychotropic_circle for the sample. Made in a single day but not quite complete.

Description : created in apple logic pro, used samples, created the the drum beat in iDrum, 90BPM, The 1st verse is different from the 2nd and 3rd, kinda wanted peoples opinon on which would be better (personally I think the 2nd & 3rd verses are better than the 1st) Also, the outro (like last 15 seconds) i think hapens to sound the best, just wanted some thoughts
