Description : This is a song that I have been working on with Slap for some time now (2 months maybe?), it is not completely finished as the lead guitar part is a scratch that I put down in one take. I have been meaning to clean it up, but I have also been waiting for some feedback from Slap, who I have not heard from in 5 or 6 weeks. I wanted to post it because I think it is gonna be a REALLY tight track once all the elements are finalized, and I was hoping to get some feedback from my crew on the looperman express here. So check it out and let us know what you think. Description : Here is a new one from my ever-growing collection of Lounge tracks. Again I want to make my own style of instrumental chill/lounge - I love the old cliche' sounds of this genre, which is why this "cocktail" required lot's of standard ingredients - all mixed in...Jazz organs galore, upright bass, electric piano, jazz piano, electronic and natural drum beats, and of course amples of xylophone...87 different loops in all...lol. It starts out pure retro-lounge and slowly builds into a more modern drive with a cool edgy synth track I got from a fellow looper (if you recognize this as yours - please let me know, I download so many and the file names are numbers?) I had to add in some Slap Johnson sax for good measure as well. I feel like I have quite a few more lounge/chill tracks in me, but for now listen to this one and let me know if you catch the vibe...haha - peace.

Description : I had 30 minutes spare between lessons this morning, so rather than twiddle my thumbs I decided to record something. This is what came out of that session. I placed a capo on the 9th fret of my acoustic, found a sequence and recorded it in one take, then picked up the soprano sax, and realizing I was in the key of F#major set about a melody pronto. I started to record after a run through and felt I should keep the first take after listening back. It pretty much captures what was in my head. Recorded using line 6 tone port and Ableton live. Description : Redo again sax volume back up a little changedFX. Redo. Redid levels. Added FX to sax. Took a little out. Changed endng. Havent added bass line yet. First attempt at Jazz. All done with loops. Took about 3 hours. I'm really starting to like this software program. Still need to learn how to import loops to the software though. I'd say it's sax with an orchestra behind it. Trevillion would say it's Like a bunch of snakes in a spoon drawer.

Description : New track taken from a new album i'm working on entitled "Before the devil takes me down" this is the second track from the album, the first`being "Fragile wings". This song features a clarinet section instead of the usual sax section I put in my songs. I'm sure you will enjoy the different warmer sound the clarinet makes. The song is about a bloke I know, bit of a bastard really, just lies about everything. It must be shit to live with a compulsive lying get like this.
